TODAY'S RECIPE IS Bakery Style Chocolate Pound Cake | Soft Fluffy Basic Chocolate Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 100gm
Beat for 1 min
Powder sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Mix until fluffy
2 eggs ( one at a time)
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/8 tsp
Mix well
6 inch grease pan
Apply oil
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
