@@haichahit's just a visualisation for how exhausted he got. The boxing anime ippo would do similar things of imaginary for normal circumstances such as hypoxia making you feel like your in mud or deep water as they'd depict.
@@Picklerickcuphe didn’t get a cramp, the teacher just thought he got a cramp/ muscle spasm. What it actually was, was that Baki instinctively used image training after warming his muscles up and imagined that he was pulling along something really heavy.
they dont want fame or eyes on the "underground" arena where they hold all sorts of illegal fights and shit. all the main characters know they could all dominate the mainstream world competition. they dont want money or fame - just challenging fights. well, all except for Retsu; who DID start mainstream boxing after his loss to Pickle (where in which he lost his left? foot.) I don't exactly remember why Retsu even did that whole bit to begin with, though~
For those who want to know rest he fail to do it 1km bc his muscle ceamp or smth like that and he couldn't move eveyrone mock him but the teacher said he break the record for 400meter and 800 so he pass all test
