So happy watch them work hard. You all need to stop complaining, this is not fancy restaurant. Bless people that made affordable staple food every day, hope their business last forever
I am one the most lover's of barbary nan bread,,,always when visit Iran 🇮🇷 the first thing do went for nearest barker to buy that most delicious bread ❤، ،،greetings from Babylon Iraq with love,,,🇮🇶
Hello my dear Iraqi friend! 🇮🇶 I have also been on many trips to Iraq and enjoyed its food very much. Especially Iraqi kebabs and fish stew, which are really great. I hope you will travel to Iran again and enjoy Barbary bread and Iranian food more.
I’m sure he does it all himself. He’s got it down to a science, with no wasted movement or time. I’m a pastry chef/ baker, and I could build, frost, and decorate 72 cakes in 90 minutes. It’s like zen.
Thank you for your comment! I'm so glad you find the video interesting. I agree with you that it's fascinating to see how bread is made in different cultures. I also follow the Nomad Channel, and I'm always impressed by the beautiful scenery and the interesting people they feature. I'm especially interested in learning about traditional ways of life, and the Nomad Channel is a great resource for that. I'm also happy to hear that you enjoyed watching the video of the bread being made by machine. I think it's a great example of how technology can be used to preserve traditional practices. Thanks again for your comment.❤
I agree! It does look delicious. I hope it tasted as good as it looks. The description of the aroma made me hungry too. Freshly baked bread is definitely one of the best smells in the world. Thanks for sharing!
I have literally NOTHING to do with home baking or commercial bread making, but I'd give the world to be standing in this bakery watching the processes and smelling the smells...It looks delightful 😊😊😊
Thank you for your comment! I understand your sentiment completely. Even if you don't have any experience with home baking or commercial bread making, there's something truly special about the allure of a bakery. The sights, sounds, and smells can be incredibly enticing, and it's easy to imagine the warmth and satisfaction of enjoying freshly baked bread. I can only imagine the delight of standing in this bakery, watching the skilled bakers work their magic and savoring the aroma of freshly baked goods. It must be a truly immersive and satisfying experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and bringing this delightful image to mind.
My French is limited but two words cover many different languages 🤣🤣🤣 On a different note we are watching work carried out by somebody who loves his job in a country with different hygiene standards to our own. The worry for me wasn’t just hygiene it was the worry regarding electricity sockets within inches of the water outlet with cables draped over the taps. I also worried immensely for this man by having his hands in rotating machines with beaters/paddles etc whilst they are still in motion. Here’s a gentleman doing his job which he obviously loves despite the differences in health, safety and hygiene between different countries. Job satisfaction 👍🏻👍🏻
O un cuvallari insanin belini incitir be ustam bir palet araci alip onunla kaldirsaniz daha saglikli olur artik yada kucuk cuvallanmis un torbalari ismarlayin ,kolay gelsin bereketli olsun selamlar
They do wash them, but due to the high frequency of use, they get stained and Absolutely, hygiene is crucial in food preparation. Hairnets, gloves, and keeping aprons clean are essential!
It’s hysterical insistence on “ clean room “ practices like you describe that has rotted society in the west from within . Ever noticed that since the 70’s onward when we first stopped kids playing in the mud and washing your hands every 5 mins that the use or need for anti-biotics , anti-depressants and the like has sky rocketed ? Ever wonder why ADHD , allergies and gluten intolerance have become the new norm yet we’re very small issues 50 years ago ? In summary - no one is gonna be harmed by this guy not wearing gloves , a mask etc , a full fkn space suit indeed is probably the only thing that would make folk you feel SAFE .. ffs 🤦♂️ grow up ! 👍🏴
From studies of restaurant workers, we know that food workers with gloves tend to be less clean than workers with bare hands: bare hands get washed frequently, while gloves just get left on until they tear. So in the end, the net hygiene with gloves on is actually worse.
There are nastier places in Spain. This bakery is fine compared to majority of what I've seen all over Europe and the entire American continents. You can't put gloves on when you're dealing with delicate dough. Learn about dough and then comment.
Birds in the bake shop? Yeast! Not really different from any bread with yeast! 50lbs of flour lifting? Lifting! Technology at the end shapes the dough-good! The end product like pizza crust-
Birds of a feather bake together! Exactly! Baking bread with yeast is like watching birds fly - easy and natural. Lifting 50lbs of flour is no joke, but with a little technology, we can shape the dough like a pro! I can already taste the delicious pizza crust in the making. Thanks for the awesome comment!
I'm not sure I understand your comment. Could you please elaborate on what you mean by 'Totally unacceptable scraping dough while machine is in motion'? Are you referring to a specific video or recipe? If so, could you please provide a link? I'm always interested in learning more about food safety, and I would appreciate any additional information you can provide. Thank you for your comment!
I've seen worst in Turkey. No bakery will wax their hands and its impossible to handle dough with gloves. Hair will never get into bread. Every single bakery in Turkey operates this way. Explore your country more.
