real bakers know a bunch of the "troll" ingredients r actually used in very good brownie/dessert recipe. italians always have coffee in their brownies. cream cheese is a popular icing ingredient. duck eggs obv good expensive version of chicken eggs basically. salt perfecto aswell sprinkled ontop and inside!
