@Brenda Jarmusz Hi I completely understand that! Just think about your work flow and what works best for you. Then you will know how to organize your baking supplies and decorating stuff. Spend a few hours to organize your stuff carefully at the beginning. That’s it! Then no need to spend time to look for things anymore. I’m sure you will enjoy baking again. 👩‍🍳

Excellent video on your organized baking room. Both my wife and I were most impressed and thoroughly enjoyed watching your video. Have some questions for you. My wife is a stay at homemaker and has decided to bake cakes and cookies as a business from our home. I am retired disabled veteran. We live in Central Florida. I noticed the electrical outlets that were 220v. Where do you live? We lived in Qatar, for several years and they had those same exact outlets. Are you in the middle east or in south Asia? My oven is a semi commercial oven which is designed for home baking and I can say it is awesome!!! It has never lets me down since I started using it almost two years ago. Hi Many thanks for stopping by and your question. Yes, my air con is ALWAYS on. The temperature is always between 16-18°C. ☺️. It is because of here, Singapore is very hot during the day. I'm grateful that I have this room for my baking creations. Otherwise, everything will melt and also not good for the ingredients.

@@stephanies9986 Hi THANKS for watching! :)) Thank you! Yes, the pans and bowls are so handy to grab. It makes the baking process is a lot easier. The workbench is tailer made with stainless steel frame with shelving. The dimension of it is 1400 mm (L) x 700 mm (D) x 850 mm (H). The top is a quartz top and there are 2 x 13A socket outlets underneath. I like the sockets because it is so handy. Also, it has 4 micro adjustable heights wheels. Hope it helps! hello me again I have a question regarding your oven the turbofan Moffat. How have you make the decision of buyibg this one and not another brand. Is this a convection oven if that is the case do you have to change the temperature and time when you are baking you cake

Hi Lyne! There are reasons that I considered before investing this oven. First of all, this is a commercial oven which can be used at home using a normal socket. Secondly, the shop told me that I could have a test bake before I made the decision. So, I brought my own garlic bread dough to the cafe in the shop and baked it. The bread turned out perfectly and it was gone in a minute. Then, I think this is it! 😃 After I had been using this oven for a few months, I had a chance to meet the manufacturer in an exhibition in Singapore and I was thrilled to tell them how good performance it was. I like the fan rotates regularly so that it circulates the air inside the oven. As the result, the food can be baked evenly. From my own experience, It was reliable and every bakes turned out exactly the same. Yes, I do change temperature and the time for different bakes. Hope it helps!

@@BakewithBakabee can you give the model because I went on their website and couldn’t see the one you have just by comparing the facade. Also, did you have to call and electrician even though is 120Amp have been told by a distributor that even though it is a 120Amp it needs a special socket to have it plugged or maybe this brand is different. Thank you so much for sharing all you knowledge I follow you consciously and love every subjects you share on your channel. You should contact the manufacturer and get a cut on future sell since it’s a good publicity for them.
