I love that you can see the hilarious side of Tourette’s but at the same time, I can see the frustration on your face. Must be so difficult to just do every day things without throwing something across the room. I do feel for you. I also have to admit that your ‘boops’ are cute!
venus star he’s not that mean. he’s done series with children and was very sweet and patient. he’s really only mean to adults coz they are professionals and should know better.
He’s even got RU-vid series and things where he cooks with his own kids and you get to see him just joke around and be a dad. I always wonder if he was just really mean once and it stuck and now that’s his “thing” lol
Man... that was that hardest I’ve laughed in a long time. Just how well your family brushed it off was great. I lost it at the whipped cream part. “Why does it have to be sexual” haha
She handles her tourettes perfectly along with her family. They are all just brilliant together. They are able to make light of every situation and every video I watch has me in stiches with laughter. Not at her, but with her. She's hilarious 😂
Um... i just want to let you know that this is almost definitely fake for the following reasons: If tourettes is a common thing for a family they do not laugh as it is a common thing. And these guys laugh A LOT It is EXTREMELY rare for tics to have anything to do with the setting around them, and this person talks about 'shaking the baby' whilst shaking the egg, which is one of the most unrealistic things i've seen - they also keep referring to the eggs as chicken which, again, very unrealistic. They also talk about how the 'bubbles' tic has developed from hearing someone say it, which doesnt happen. I do not want to hate, everybody does stuff like this especially when the option is open for them. But it really annoyed me when i saw the positive comments and nobody seemed to realise. ty
@@lissieehr8440 um... you're wrong, sorry hon. My friend Sam has tourettes and his tics are so similar that it's uncanny. He copes best by finding the funny side in his blurts and tics and encourages us - his friends and family to do the same as he feels more at ease if we giggle at them and trust me, some of the random things he says are absolutely hilarious. His new one is "yoshi is a bummer" amongst other things. Which he says in the most inappropriate places yet are not his fault. The VERY WORST thing we could do he says is A: pretend we didn't hear it B: pretend he didn't say anything C: carry on as if nothing was amiss So hopefully now I've let you know from his angle you might understand the fact that her tourettes is very typical and so is the reaction from her family and friends x
@@ladyT_VR46 Welp your the first ever person I've literally ever heard say that in the entire world of neurodivergence. Be happy about your unique friend Sam ig. Also I assume you call me hon to mock me? Otherwise you are actually calling me hon which is strange because you don't know me and have literally no idea how old I am. I stand by my views.
@@lissieehr8440 I'm English and call everyone hon because I'm a happy-go-lucky person who doesn't look for arguments or tries to pick fights with random people. Positivity in life is a wonderful thing. Take care x
Has more to do with the lack of filter. It's unfortunate because it could be putting a different context in her mind. You could be in her mind comparing to anyone else a different age level which wouldn't be fair. But if you were to compare her to other people her own age she's gorgeous. Just goes to show how you only get a chunk of what the brain is thinking with tourettes without the whole thought
just a potato she has Tourettes!! When you have Tourettes you often do and say things that you have no control over, and trying to suppress them can physically hurt.
just a potato She has Tourette’s syndrome, a condition that gives uncontrollable vocal and/or motor tics. Their severity depends on the person’s state at a given time, and people with this condition often have triggers that make them tic more, such as anxiety
This is irrelevant but once my 8 year sister was doing a show for us with her toys, and the main characters name was, Jessica semen. ☠ I asked where she got it from and said "she made it up."

My cousin has tourettes and I laugh at her she laughs back she was painting my nails once and she ticed to the left and screamed vroooomm it was historical
I love how the family members don’t ever get upset with anything that happens. They’re there to help but don’t make it seem like they can’t do it themself if they want to. They’re encouraging and helping to make it fun while making sure it’s still safe. I love this!
@@christina1106 they are not though. saying that just seems dishonest and does disservice to their condition. they deserve the same respect and love as all humans, certainly.
@@christina1106 yes that is how I wish to be treated when I'm out in public but with my friends I feel different like they can laugh at the tics and I don't care but strangers it's a lot different
Few things in life make me genuinely laugh, and I just lost an aunt for the first time so I was feeling extra down lately. With that being said,I damn near cried from laughing watching this lmao thank you. You have a great family from the looks of it.
I always feel bad for laughing at some of these because I know it’s hard to deal with, but I always wonder, is it rude to laugh or do you make these videos for the intention of making people laugh?
i think the goal is to make entertaining content that makes us laugh alongside with her family, while also showing a more realistic and honest side of tourette's thats usually ignored by media ! so you shouldnt feel bad for being entertained :-)
i have tourettes. it’s definitely not rude to laugh! it’s funny to us too. the only time you shouldn’t laugh is when we are in pain because of our tics or if we are visibly frustrated.
My brother is 38 and has been living with it since 5. It has improved with age, but it is hard. Was especially hard back then because it wasn't even really recognized 30 years ago. Laughter is the best medicine for coping with Tourettes. They have normal to above average IQ's and are capable of anything. Just patience, laughter and a thick skin when jerks judge you or your loved ones in public. We had problems because he would say things like racial slurs even though he isn't a prejudice person. That was the only "serious " problem we ever had. Some people were very understanding, but others couldn't seem to put themselves in another's shoes to just let it slide. Thankfully he has grown out of that in public. In private it still slips sometimes. We laugh to avoid crying is how most families get on.🥰
Same, I developed tics about a month ago and talked to my therapist about it and she confirmed that it was tics. I don't have motor tics, but I do have some verbal/vocal tics. It's so awfully embarrassing when you're in a quiet classroom and suddenly you're like *click click click*. If you guys know someone who has tics or tourettes please support them and always be kind ☺️ I love you all and have a great day.
I dont have tourettes or anything and I dont want to say I have tics but I do kind of tic sometimes. Like I make sudden noises and I cant not smack balloons and I toss my head to the side
I developed tics last year and people told me to quit faking at school and I literally couldn’t stop🤚🏻😔 I try to suppress them now but it just makes them worse I have friends that have them and they’re like it’s okay you don’t have too
i love how they're all having a good time and helping her because she can't help her tics. they don't get mad at her and they are patient. that's family !
Jade: *Cracks Eggs and make a Big Mess* Also Jade: *S Q U I S H* Don't Trust Jade With *Eggs* it will be a *D i s a s t e r* Edit: Eheheheheh Egg go *S Q U I S H*
You: "Chicken" Aunt" Chicken" You: "Chicken" Aunt:"Chicken" you: "shut up" 😂😂 I think after a certain point your mom just decided to let the mess happen. 😂😂
Yeah, I feel you. Whenever I do laugh I regret it. But she's also laughing at some of the points where I do laugh so it's kind of reassuring to see that she's enjoying herself too.
From what I've noticed following a variety of people in the tourettes community lately, is that they tend to actually appreciate when people laugh with them. So don't feel too bad! I know they don't necessarily represent the entire community and there will be people who don't appreciate the laugh, but I believe this specific person does!
@@rubyc1035 I sort of feel that bc she's put out something that's meant to be light hearted/ funny and entertaining, that it's okay to get exactly that out of the video and laugh. But personally I sympathise and empathise with her. It must be so frustrating to do anything. I presume the last thing she wants is for people to feel sorry or pitiful towards her but I guess I don't feel comfortable being entertained by it.
This is definitely the latest greatest family interaction cooking where you might get a egg facial while putting all the ingredients in the mixing bowl, right Nana 😂 I’m tickled with laughter watching everyone interact while laughing and enjoying each other caught up in the moment 💜 This is your home filled with love and laughter 💯🌟💜🌟💯 Thank you for sharing your priceless moments 💯🌟💜🌟💯
just discovered your channel. I have dealt with Tourette's for nearly 30 years of my life now, and I just want to say that, I'm having a good laugh at your videos and I understand how hard things may seem at times so I am extremely grateful that you channel it into comedy. salute my Tourette's kin 🤘🤘
I think with funny videos she is bring knowledge to people. Tourette is known by majority of people as that syndrome that make you uncontrollably cuss (till several years ago i was guilty as well). Very few people know the real struggle that it can be living with that condition.
@@gigipizzuto4068 yeah the majority believe it's the swearing etc. but that only makes up a tiny percentage of the cases. about 3 years ago I had caused major nerve damage because of my neck movements. to this day there are times I can't move my fingers. I wish the media would report the facts and stop using the sensationalist wording by always mentioning the cussing cases.
(Tw because this might be triggering) I agree with you, having people say “i want Tourette’s because i get to swear” makes me sad, I started developing my tics around the month of may due to lack of sleep and constantly working on school work and not giving my brain a break, seeing people say that hurts me alot because the first time i ticced was the most stressful day for my parents because everyone was panicking, and i cried because i made my father cry and upset because he suffers from epilepsy and doesn’t want me going through what he goes through. I never tic around people, i only tic when my parents and or siblings arent home and around my friend because she also has tics. I suppress them alot and im trying to get out of the habit cause i know its unhealthy. And watching these types of videos gets me in a good mood because it reminds me how im still valid even if i cant tell anyone :^)
@@destroyingeternals I have a Twitter, haven't used it much in a while because of the political topics that are like cancer on there at the moment but it's all I have besides the RU-vid page. should you feel like talking about it etc then just DM or something on there. the best way to learn, discover and understand sometimes is to just talk with others going through the same thing. @DiabolikalRA
At the end. “Boop” Mom looks at you and just stare for a second at each other Your hand: “SMACK” I love you ❤️❤️ (this isn’t supposed to be mean I’m so sorry if it is)
Absolutely love how her family is still loving, supporting and understanding of her Tourette syndrome...if i had that, my family will think i was possessed.
I'm so proud of your efforts in this, and how you had fun despite things not going perfectly! I love your energy and the patience you and your family had, this content is amazing, and you're amazing! Also I'm Australian as well!
This is y we appreciate the love our family or friends give us for the patience they have with what ever us as individual bring to them or have medically wrong
"That's a new one." I had a friend in school with Tourettes and that must just be a common phrase. Lol brings back memories. I always loved it when it was like a surprise. "Well, now that's a thing." Was another one.
