Actually kapag teacher ka nakakailang maging totally "true to yourself", kasi andun ang fear na baka di ka maintindihan ng students and matanggap ng mga tao sa school. I'm bisexual and I'm a licensed high school teacher. May girlfriend ako na sobrang mahal ko at proud ako, pero I have decided to keep it from everyone in the school community, except sa iilang ka-close ko na teachers. Good thing is naiintindihan naman ng baby ko. Kapag tinatanong ako ng students, other teachers or ng parents kung may boyfriend ako, sagot ko "yes I have someone". Para safe answer lang. It's tough to be a teacher, kasi lahat ng mata nasa iyo. Dapat "ideal" ka, dapat "role model" ka, dapat ganito, dapat ganyan. Gustuhin ko man ipangalandakan girlfriend ko at relasyon namin, pero hindi pwede. Hindi pa muna. Lowkey lang muna. Mahal ko profession ko, pero mas mahal ko girlfriend ko, kapag ito nangyari sakin, siya talaga pipiliin ko. Jobs come and go, but true love only comes once, or twice if you're lucky enough. So once you find your "the one", never let your love go. Just saying. 😆😁

Watching this video made me realize that the caption itself is not the real reason kung bakit tayo single. “Mali raw kami” is not the reason, kundi “Mahina kasi ako/kami”. (Pertaining to the clip, ‘yung isa lang ang sumuko) So ayon.. I do believe na walang mali sa mundong ‘to. Nagkakaroon lang ng kamalian sa mga mata ng mga tao dahil may “norms” o may mga sinusundan tayong pattern sa society. We all do have our freedom to choose kung anong path ang tatahakin natin. Nagiging mali lang naman ang isang bagay kapag hindi ka sang-ayon sa nangyayari. Sa case na ‘yan, hindi sang-ayon ang iba sa LGBT kaya nagmumukhang mali ‘to sa paningin ng iba. Pero para sa’ting nasa komunidad ng LGBT, kung hindi tayo magpapaapekto at magiging matatag tayo, dapat alam natin paano natin ipaglaban ang mga mahal natin sa buhay 💘 So bakit ka single? “Dahil isinuko mo at hindi mo kayang ipaglaban sa mapangmatang lipunan ang taong mahal mo.”

Saddest part of being part of LGBT. 'Yong tipong lahat ng ginagawa mo may limitasyon dahil may mga taong judgmental sa paligid mo. But still fight for our right🌈 someday! Matatanggap din tayo ng lahat!💖

One reason why i'm not in the four post of classroom now. You have to live by example, a scripted sample or norms and prejudice that I don't support. You can still be a teacher everywhere by passion kahit wala ka sa normal na school (note to self) Love has no gender or label. Let's spread love💚💛💙
