If you're a teacher and you were offended by the title and thumbnail I chose for this video, I hope you forgive me. Pinag-isipan ko talaga ito because I wanted students (especially those who write comments na hurtful sa teachers nila) to watch this video. Sila talaga ang target audience ng video na ito because I wanted to change their minds bago magsimula ang bagong school year. Dahil di ako teacher, I felt like I could say these things without any of them accusing me na I'm just making excuses. That's why I made this video.

I am an English Teacher by profession. And to be honest, I am an avid fan of your videos, in fact, I always watch your videos. Admittedly, what you have said was all right. At some point, it is hard to deal with more than 40 students in just 40 minutes and pag-apak palang namin sa classroom kami ay Hindi agadagad nagtuturo kami muna ay nag bibigay advice kaya napakahirap siya. Why I admire Ms Lyqa? Her words are full of sense. The fact that you want to listen her talking all day. She speaks with full of sincerity and intelligence. When I watched this video, I saw her sincerity unto those people who keep on comparing her to our beloved teachers. yeah... coach lyqa was right... being teacher is not only a job it's more on responsibility not just that it's a passion you need to have when choosing education...we're really lucky to have her and our teachers too. Teaching English is one thing. Managing learners' behaviors, attending their diverse tendencies and reaching students' level are the other. Ma'am Lyqa is no question to be good at what she does. She's excellent so to speak. So for us teachers, there's no good to compare and compete. The best thing we can do now is to connect. Para akong napana at sobrang tagos sa dibdib hehe. Isa po akong licensed teacher but I couldn't call myself a teacher kasi gaya ng sabi nyo po, tinakasan ko rin ang propesyun ko. I know that teaching is my passion but I'm just too coward to handle all the responsibilities. Nagkasakit na ako sa sobrang stress. Madali po kasi akong ma stress, ma depress, malungkot so I have to choose my health over it. Kaya saludo po ako sa lahat ng teachers talaga,na matapang na humaharap sa hamon ng propesyun at bokasyun. Hindi biro ang trabahong ito.

I used to love writing and literature when I was in high school and I used to write for our school's publication team. However, there was a time na di nasali yung works ko sa school paper namin, and I felt so bad. Naisip ko na I wasn't meant for writing or I'm not even good at it. Then this English teacher, Ma'am Laraya, became my literature teacher. Pinapagawa niya kami ng short stories, poems, kahit ano. And there was a time na she wanted me to read one of my works in front of the class. I was clueless, pati mga kaklase ko, but I did. Then after I read it, sabi niya "this work should be published in our school paper" then the whole class just clapped. Since then, I continued writing. So, thank you, Ma'am ❤️
