Weightloss is literally just about calories in/calories out. You can still eat rice as long as it's in your calorie intake. For me, I started loosing weight when I stopped restricting myself & that way I was able to build a healthy relationship with food.
Yes, I agree :) I'll drop some infos that can help others. A person can lose weight without exercise just being in a caloric deficit, cause our body burn calories by just breathing :)
Nang dahil sa quarantine, sinimulan ko narin mag loose weight / magpapayat. Its already 2 to 3 weeks na nagfafasting at nagdedaily workout and i find it effective. Mahirap talaga pag kakasimula, pero pag sanay ka na hahanap-hanapin mo rin. Let's all be healthy for 2020😊😘

I really like the "fix your mentality" and "society standards", kung walang magmomotivate sayo, kelangan ikaw ang magmotivate para sa sarili mo, and kung sinasabhan ka man ni jowa na hindi niya gusto ang katawan mo, remember na ikaw ang bumibili ng damit mo not your jowa.
SKL based on my experience ☺️ ✔️ If you plan to do workout activities, choose something that you will enjoy instead of thinking it as a compliance. ✔️ Choose a diet meal plan that you think you can stick to. It’s important to enjoy the food that you eat coz if not, you will end up stopping what you have started. I also learned that when it comes to diet plan especially if you are dedicated, the health benefits & nutrients if the food should be no.1 and the taste will be no.2. Tama po yung sinabi ni Michelle na don’t spoil yourself too much with comfort foods but do not deprive yourself at the same time. Once in a while you have to treat yourself. These are the things that I am doing right now and it’s effective for me. Stay safe & healthy po. ❤️

Hi mamsh! I'm a chubby person for almost 2 yrs. During quarantine nagising nalang ako bigla na gusto kong pumayat and now 2 months na akong nagdidiet and home work out (ms lovely abella thank you so much again). Dapat talaga may purpose ka❤️ and totoo talaga yung sinasabi nila na kailangan dito may disiplina☺️. Sobrang happy ko kasi pumayat na talaga ako and at the same time nawala na yung anxiety ko😍❤️ Napakagaan na din sa pakiramdam knowing na hindi kana nahihirapan maglakad or kahit yung simpleng mga gawain sa bahay ay hindi kana hihingalin. Sa mga nagpapapayat dyan kaya niyo yan! just pls don't stop☺️ TRUST THE PROCESS GUYS!

I always risk my health kasi dahil gustong gusto ko maglose ng weight, kasi sobrang laki at bigat ko na idagdag mo pa yung mga taong nasa paligid ko na sobrang negative including my parents parati nila akong pinagsasabihan na magpapayat naman daw kasi hindi daw maganda at para sa akin din naman iyon, and yes I agree with that naman kaya nga halos ideprive ko sarili ko araw araw eh, hindi ko nakakain mga gusto ko, pinagbabawalan ko sarili ko thinking na kapag kinain ko yan tataba ako at sayang yung oras at panahon na nilaan ko sa diet at workout and it makes me so sad kapag naman cheat day, nakain ko nga gusto ko pero after nun paparusahan ko sarili ko hindi ako kakain ng 2-3 days para lang matunaw yun, araw araw din ako nageexercise kahit na pagod na pagod na ako, kahit na sukong suko na ako minsan hindi maganda pakiramdam ko nahihirapan akong huminga tas lately may something sa nerves ko na di ko maintindihan pero binabalewala ko lang kasi dahil dun sa mentality ng mga taong nasa paligid ko na dapat maging ganto ako ganyan ako 😭😭😭 Basta grabe, well eversince din naman kasi ganto na talaga ako tabain pero I always make an effort to lose weight pero bumabalik talaga, eventually. Anyway, hoping na I could also accept myself wholeheartedly ano man maging size ko at hindi ako mahihiya sana rin magbago na ang mentality ng mga tao na kapag sexy/payat lang ang maganda, ang acceptable sa society.
Alam kong luma na tong kasabihan na to pero hayaan mo lang sila. Take things at your own pace. :) Plus, pleeeeease, don't push yourself too much sa pagdidiet at pagwoworkout AGAD. Hindi kasi siya sustainable, I've been there. Mas lumobo lang ako. Hehe. Unti-untiin mo lang muna esp sa workout. Eventually magiging part na din ng habit mo yung pagwoworkout tapos after ilang months lalabas na din resulta ng hard work mo. Laban. ;* Also, be patient with yourself AND lastly, do not compare yourself to others para di ka maging impatient sa resulta mo. :)

Hi mamsh!! Correction lang sa ilang nasabi mo na napansin ko. 1. HINDI po nakakataba ang TUBIG, kasi wala po itong calories. Pero nakakadagdag po sya sa weight kasi kasama po sa numero na nakikita natin sa weighing scale ay water weight. Marami po components yung weight natin, hindi lang fats, pati rin bone mass, muscle mass and water weight. 2. HINDI po talaga nakakataba ang SALT, kasi wala rin itong calories. Pero nakakabloat po sya ng tiyan at mukha (alam mo yung kumain ka ng ramen sa gabi, tapos kinabukasan parang puffy yung face) kasi nakakaretain po sya ng water. Ang nakakataba na common ingredient ay SUGAR, kasi meron po itong calories, kasama sya sa carbs. And yung main key talaga para magpapayat ay mag-calorie deficit, that means mas konti yung kinakain mo kesa sa nabuburn ng katawan mo, para maburn yung stored fats sa katawan mo. Una mo gawin is alamin mo kung ilang calories needed mo sa isang araw, depende kasi yan sa height tsaka current weight, pati age at sex. Isearch nyo na lang to on Google kasi hahaba pa tong comment ko haha. Kung ayaw nyo naman dumaan sa hassle ng calorie counting, sundin nyo lang yung tips ni Ate Michelle, lalo na yung sa lifestyle at habits. I believe na if you incorporate more activities in your daily life, kahit wala ka ibahin sa diet mo (i.e. di ka magrereduce ng kain at di mo rin dadamihan kain mo), maglolose ka talaga ng weight. Go go go, guys! ❤️ Skl na very effective nung calorie counting kasi nagpapataba ako (underweight kasi ako dati), I made a meal plan na more calories than what I need yung nakakain ko, and tumaba talaga ako guys! So tip ko, if gusto mo magcalorie counting, gumawa kayo ng meal plan nyo tas yun sundin nyo everyday hanggang sa maachieve nyo yung goal weight nyo, para di na kayo lagi nagtitimbang ng food kada kakain haha
I agree. That's why BMI is not always reliable. My workouts are mostly weightlifting, and I have noticed that I'm gaining weight (because I'm gaining more muscle mass)yet my tape measure is telling me otherwise. Use your tape measure y'all not just your scale😁
Nagstart ako magwork out March 30 . My weight that time is 61 . I follow chloe ting 2weeks abs workout just only 10 minutes..then sinasabay ko yung simply pinay workout only 10minutes again. I do intermittent fasting . Ang gingerlemon water . Sauna mahirap po talaga pero after 1week masasanay yung kawatan nyo po. Now im happy sa result 56 na timbang ko ngayon. 1 lost 5kls in 1 1/2 months . Promise simulan nyo na ngayon. pagnakakita ka na ng result sa katawan mo mas lalong kang namomotivate ..
Oh my gusto ko tong video mo nato, for me pareho tayo mag isip sa bagay nato, nagstart ako ng healthy lifestyle unti unti this feb. Nagwoworkout nako i do reaserach din ng mga workouts na kaya ng katawan ko na gawin para hindi ako huminto at maging consistent ako. S food dati ko n din gingawa na tignan yun dami ng kinakain ko at soft drinks tlga matagal ng wala s bituka ko yan 16 or 17 y.o. p lng ako 😂 mas sinasanay ko lng tlga sarili ko na mas kumain ng healthy kasi di lahat ng gulay at klase ng foods kinakain ko

This gives me so much posivity kase i've been working out for almost 3 moths na despite on my age...im 13 and idk really if that's the right age to start you know worrying on my health pero carry paren! That is actually true. I started working out after 2 weeks of quarantine. I don’t exhaust myself working out. Everyday I alot 30 mins for workout. I started 62.85kg, now I’m at 55.35 and still losing weight.
I cup of rice every meal plus daily exercise is the best. Wag mo gutomin sarili mo para may energy ka mag exercise. Ganda ng result gaganda pa skin mo basta kumain ka baka nmn dika na kakain gusto mo lang pumayat 😅 dying ka nan. Nice one Angel 😊 ganda neto.

Same as you mamsh. Hindi ako nagbebreakfast but I do exercise every morning.. then I drink a lot of water, sometimes warm water. Mahirap mag loose ng weight lalo na kapag nanganak na. I have two daughters already and mahirap magpaliit ng tyan lalo na kung sa foods lang mag-be-base para pumayat. Hindi effective ang reduce sa pagkain teh.☺️Kelangan talaga samahan ng workout.
