Another New Recipe from Nish Flavors!
Materials:
2 medium onions
6 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon salt
750 g spinach
200 g white cheese
1 teaspoon of black pepper
a glass of melted butter
1 pack of baklava dough
Fabrication:
First, we saute the chopped onions with 3 tablespoons of oil and pour it over the chopped spinach. Then we add 200 g of white cheese and black pepper and mix.
We spread our baklava dough in three layers with the oil we prepared on each layer.
We place the spinach mixture we prepared on the third layer and roll it.
We spread the melted butter and oil mixture on the rolled dough.
We slice it into four finger thick slices.
We bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
