Baklava is well known throughout the turkish- arabic cuisine , made of phyllo dough or ready purchased phyllo sheets , layer 8- 10 sheets of phyllo , spread melted butter between layers , spread crushed walnuts or hazelnuts or pistachio, u can add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and some raisins , in the middle then continue to layer around 6 more phyllo sheets with the melted butter Cut as seen ( try to refrigerate for half an hour to avoid shifting sheets while cutting ) Cook in an 180 C untill golden in colour , then soak with syrup Before making the baklava, prepare a sugsr syrup , as shown , and let cool before using Baklava is eaten warm or cooled 😊 Recommend searching for exact recipe on utube
