@@ZN1ITH when I got the game I didn’t even hear of Bakugan but I went with Darkus because it sounded the coolest when I first saw a bakugan video cd at dollar general I was so shocked
I went with Haos as it was the “canon” element Leonidas was portrayed. Though, I had the DS version of this game. Not bad on the ds, but the bakugan that were on gate cards waiting for a brawl were honestly a bit rough around the edges.
Tbh Leonidas was truly a friend to me when i used to play this game in my PS3 ❤️. I still remember I cried when Leonidas said his time has come. 😭 When he came back , i was seriously the happiest guy in the planet 🔥

damn I remember playing this as a kid...before I let a friend borrow it and never gave it back until 5 years later, when I already had the PS3... (had the game on the ps2). Never let anyone borrow my games since that lol
I hope with next gen on the Series X, this game is brought back. We need a remaster and DLC. Probably a dlc fighting Naga (forgot how to spell his name) and a new character to battle against and a new field or something
A remake of this game would be amazing. Maybe some QoL features too like having the motion controls being disabled, more Bakugan/cards being added, and if they want to go the extra mile... an epilogue that follows the rest of the show. I mean how cool would it be to go into the Battle Arena and be able to fight Silent Naga, Infinity Dragonoid, and Battle Ax Vladitor all at once?

Yup. On DS it's super easy to whoop peoples ass up and down the arenas. But them trick gate cards be on some bull tho. Like Julie's trick Subterra gatecard. But I'm glad they work both ways
Damn right, Darkus is the only atribute that makes sense in this game since the brawlers don't have a member with Darkus bakugan (I am only talking about this game only). Everyone knows Alice is Masquerade so yeah Leonidas was ment to be Darkus.
When I look at the final battle setup, kinda makes me think of the New Vestroia battle style (Typically (yes ik sometimes theres more than 1) only one bakugan per player and all)
I literally was just about to comment this and that defenders of the core should’ve been a sequal and had leonidas evolve further and had this gameplay and they take turns placing a card and it needs these voice actors. I would’ve loved to see how the battle gear/trap systems would’ve worked and how the Maxus system would’ve worked and the battle should be kinda similar though where we get 6 ability cards but we can only use 2 per battle and instead of winning 3 cards we have to win 3 battles and the life gauge goes down only to 3 and the free roam is nice but there monster form could like open when they’re on the card instead of in ball form but it’s fine if they didn’t do that and we obviously could use the Bakugan from new vestroia including the 6 soldiers of vestroia which they should’ve added in this game including naga, Silent Naga, wavern, alpha hydranoid, ultimate Dragonoid, and infinity Dragonoid
I think it would’ve been OP and super broken if Leonidas gained all 6 soldiers of vestroia’s powers and was able to get the highest g power in any card like I mean the 6 soldiers power literally separated drago from the perfect core and gave him a new body but I don’t think they’ll do that since they need the guardian Bakugan to evolve which is from those powers and I think they can re add the old guardian Bakugan and of course finally have Alpha Hydranoid!
The original leonidas is darkus because when we battle vladitor at first time he tolds that darkness is inside leonidas the creators of this game create the leonidas card in haos because they wants to use darkus at the final battle and be in a desavantage by the terrain the real leonidas is black and gold
u don't even need to pick up that many power ups :< when it comes to the last mini game, the CPU is complete shyt and u can easily turned the tables around even though u are far away :U

In the first turn you have to make a mistake on purpouse, this becuase vladitor will always use the special attack, so when he will throw vladitor you have to get as many g power as possible and then beat him normally you have to repeat the process and use the appropriate cards
