I like how canonicaly speaking baron is supposed to be the weakest brawler of the brawlers in ss2 but his battle record is better than both mira and ace and ace being shown in ep2 of ss2 is supposed to be equal to dan but has the worst battle record with only 1 stand alone win
@@dilloon7626 yeah but I'm not talking about power lv, I'm talking about ace skill, he was trash in new vestroia but the show built him up like he's gonna be dan rival
@@stupidabc4331 yeah Ace had the potential to be the 2nd or 3rd strongest brawler in S2 but too bad he got trashed by Mylene the 1st time and almost the 2nd time
@@dilloon7626 right canonically according to the second season dan shun and ace are the strongest But it is really the strongest of the season are dan, marucho and baron Being that marucho only loses because of the script The battle against mylene had been won thanks to marine delta snow that took away all the trap powers Elfin won by 50 gs Marucho beat shadow in episode 10 when the resistance is divided Marucho is the only one who can really put up a fight and being in the worst condition Winning 1, and losing due to the script because rainbow moon was very nerf Then on the return because elfin is the only one who is able to counter the attacks of elico and heidis Shun almost lost 2 times if it wasn't for elfin taking them out quickly And then another one in the battle against helios, they buffed him too much being that the only one who could counter him was another buff (drago) And he was the only one who won a double battle against 2(Not counting Dan)vexos at the same time with a canonically weaker bakugan since preyas only gained 100 gs but lost his evolution And lost aquous energy due to the script itself Shun literally doesn't have any individual wins in season two, just one against mylene What happened is off screen.
I love that brawlers still occasionally point out that an ability is unique to their bakugan as if generic ability cards hadn't been pretty much completely ignored after season one
@@tombenjamin9628 Oh yeah true, honestly forgot Water Refrain was generic considering how broken it is lol. Also just remembered Mira used Copycat to win her battle against Gus, so there was an attempt to keep generic abilities around to an extent for Season 2.
Piercian is the most loaded Trap Bakugan in series. Hylash and Falcon Fly are cool vehicles/weapons but damn that walking brick is shenanigans incarnate.
In the series there were only a few Bakugan that can change their attribute and the only thing they had in common was that they were all water but Nemus was the exception 4:06-4:18.One interesting thing about him compared to the others,he turned in the opposite of its element.
Kinda reminds me of Priest from Hearthstone, having light and shadow abilities. I'm sad they never released his final evolutions ball form/toy and also I wish the toys did have more accurate show colors with blues and white/yellow instead of a cloudy gray and gold
@@zachcrimson663 Saint Nemus is the evolution of Nemus, it just wasn't mentioned like the other evolutions from the main characters, maybe by censorship by the "Saint" word or it was just a mistake like Knight Percival, in his first battle he was referred as "Midnight Percival", an actually existing toy-exclusive variation, Knight Percival was released only in Japan
Midknight Percival is kinda weird to me. I mean his ball form looks like a prevo to regular Percival, on account of the fact his additional heads aren’t shown, and is overall a more basic ball
I like how piercian and Nemus are literally addition towards each other. Nemus is more of offensive bakugan but he lacks in defence and it’s the reason why he has that many shield/protection abilities while Piercian is immovable Tank (quite literally he has a Tank mode) that was design to tank hits like Gorem. Anyway both of them are great assets toward each other but it’s sad that we never seen Bakugan traps ever again! Come on Bakugan traps are literally existing to fill the gape and quite literally designed to fill the the cons of true bakugans. Like drago and his scorpion , we can remember the moment where drago has missed his fireball and other attacks but Scorpion is there to reflect those spells on target that those spells were meant ment to. Anyway good video and Darkus Nemus in my opinion is better at everything then Chaos Nemus but it’s my take don’t take it too hard. Great video
Definitely one of my favorite (early NV) Bakugans and honestly the battle between him and Dryoid tore me because I love Dryoid yet it was hard rooting for the villain lol
I said this in the brontes video, but nemis, along with wilda and brontes, started this season evolve from there base forms. In the show they are mega brontes, mega nemis, and thunder wilda respectively
@@joshfarmer8408 exactly! He’s one of those Bakugan that just needed a video for completion, NOBODY has requested him since the start of the ability videos. That alone proves how good he is😂
@@bennguyen4664 actually, i searched for baron's voice and it seems that he has the same VA as masamune frum beyblade season (metal masters) I think that's the main reason of why at the beginning of the video he says let it rip.
Wish his final evolution came out in ball form/toy like some of the rest in Japan. I guess it isn't too exciting looking (kinda wish it looked more like Siege's ball form) but still.
So look closely and here’s what I see for nemus’s attribute changes one on the ⬅️ that’s obviously Haos and The other on the ⬇️ is Darkus The other on the ➡️ is possibly Pyrus or Ventus 3:56 Please put down the comments what you think
There's kind of a fantasy theme of a balance of light and dark, and I'm vaguely recalling, but the show also mentions here and there about Bakugan attributes and their counter/dual type, like Ventus and Subterra (Earth and Wind/Sky), Pyrus and Aquas (Fire and Water), Haos and Darkus (I think you get the point now lol). Siege is also a very early Bakugan, maybe even the first or second that changed it's attribute. Hard for me to remember off the bat if he really had any significant reason why, like Preyas kinda had reptile/lizard features, so it made sense (can't recall if he needed ability cards to always make the changes). Siege was badass anyways so I was perfectly fine with it, but it could also play on some kind of mage theme (he also uniquely had a different weapon he was holding for each different type)
Baron is so irrelevant and forgettable, that he LITERALLY only appears in the second season and never did anything remarkable, he was the first muggle to lose an attribute energy, and he is VERY annoying. Fun fact: In the Brazilian dub, Nemus and Naga have the same voices.
@@originalbakugan7671 The former was Julie backseat brawling and the latter required her brother to save her from getting murdered by Mylene. Baron at least beat Volt in a 1v1 without help and is absurd team carrying backup.
