I notice whenever i balance my chakras I am calm, quite and my thoughts are clear and my mind is silent. I feel so relaxed and like I am having a break from anxiety and being insecure and sad. 🌊🌿☁

Ever since this quarantine started I my emotions are literally like 📉📈📉📈 and the fact that I try my best to do stuff but ultimately fail in doing so also doesn't help much. My head felt so heavy over time and everything around me looks puzzled and fizzy, so I thought if I shower and drink some tea in a good breeze it's gonna fade but oh boi I was wrong. My head is never at ease, it's heavy like always but listening to this audio made it lighter and I don't want to stop listening to this, it's very calming and reassuring. I just hope to be healed from my problems and I hope my chakras will be balanced soon.

*Warning: This is gonna be a long one* I've been using this for about a week or so now, and I can say I definitely feel a difference! Before, I could tell my sacral chakra was EXTREMELY blocked. In the past, I was quite comfortable with sex and sexuality (not extremely, but just as much as the average person) and it really didn't bother me at all. Over time, however, I've noticed I've started to become more closed off and I became very uncomfortable with that stuff, to the point where I would cry and overall be really anxious about it. Now, I can feel myself becoming much more at ease when it does come up. It's nowhere near where I was before the block, but I'm getting there! And progress is progress, right? Now some other miscellaneous things I've found a little weird. So another chakra that's been blocked for the longest is my throat chakra, and every time I listen I feel a little lump in my throat (it's like that feeling when you're about to cry), but it goes away when I move on to my other sub. It's the same all over my body, where I'd feel weird pressure in my back. I haven't checked if it could be something else, but I'm 99.999999% sure it's my chakras doing something funny. Anyways, that's all I have to update on for now. I'll give another update when I notice something else. (For anyone reading this, PLEASE be safe; wash your hands, don't touch your face, don't go to large gatherings, etc. etc. C: ) *Update 1* : Sorry I haven't updated. I usually use this while I sleep so I don't always remember to update when I see changes. But anyway, I think my sacral chakra is more balanced than it was before. I've been getting more comfortable with sex-related stuff (not all the way, but I haven't found myself having a full freak out moment), but I have been 100x more creative lately. I wasn't expecting that, but as a writer, I can't complain lol. Also, my tarot readings have been a lot more accurate and I've been overall more connected to the Universe, spirit guides, etc. Hey guys! I'm sorry to disappoint but I've decided to change subliminals. I stopped using this for a bit and found that all my results went away so that was really disappointing. :(
