@@DLovWife Absolutely man, and I'm a huge broadleaf guy. It's a bit more complex and a more interesting cigar imo. My go-to is a Mi Querida as a reference.
It's funny cause I dug the original Foundation Tabernacle a lot in Lancero so when I first tried the CT-142 I hit up the Lancero. But I did not like it at all lol I almost wrote off the line entirely cause it was so bad and I almost never do that. But I just heard so many good things that I figured maybe we just had a couple of duds and I copped a couple Toros and had a VERY different experience. Some cigars straight SING in thinner RGs, some just don't and ya gotta push it up to a 52-54 to get that peak performance. But at the same time, some people might love a cigar in a certain vitola but I mostly mess with it in a different one. Either way, it pays to try a few different ones before saying ya don't like a blend at all 👊
I had the same experience. I tried the lancero a few times and just couldn’t get into it. Maybe with a little age it would be better, but I wasn’t digging the cigar at all. The only reason I tried a larger ring gauge is because it came in a sampler pack. I saw that it had potential in a larger size, but definitely stay away from that lancero.
@@TheVintageCigar haha I do that some times. I had two different ways to explain it really, and they got intertwined. Haha I’m glad it made sense though. 🤣
