Balancing a BMPCC 4k on a Zhiyun Weebill 3S 

In this video I go through the details of how you can balance a blackmagic Pocket 4k on a ZHIYUN Weebill 3S Gimbal.
The quick version of this hack is you mount the camera upside down.
In terms of payload the Weebill 3S can easily handle the BMPCC 4k, but this balancing and setup guide helps to show the process so you can apply it to different camera and lens packages that may not be easy to balance.
In the future you may find that following the same process will work for other cameras systems such as the Blackmagic Design PYXIS 6k.
