Hey buddy, the best way to learn it is by a) either attending one of the schools with Tim Coleman or watching his videos many times over so his moves get imprinted in your mind (this way your body/mind will recall that imprint and try to mimic it); b) start with very small hills; c) don't fear rolling back [this really bothers many riders]; d) don't be stiff, try to be flexible and move your front wheel from right to left (and vice versa) as to find that balance when rolling back. Also, you can use a partially engaged clutch as a way to slow your bike down when rolling back, instead of using brakes. A lower speed helps to keep balance easier.
