Im almost certain this was a domesticated eagle. A wild animal simply wouldn't behave like that to doctors treatments. Otherwise theres no way he could be so calm and tired to not flap his wings or try to resist even once. Bald eagles are some of the greatest hunters after all, they really can do damage and will be defensive - the wild ones at least. Im worried very unprofessional people see videos like this and think they can get close to these animals. Either way this was obvious handled exceptionally professional. Don't try this at home!
@@jhonzeimerman5650 Jesus Christ it’s one fucking video, why does everything have to be fake, staged, scripted or whatever bs you come up with. Just enjoy the video
@@thenightcorereaper I am a bit ignorant in this subject, so don't go taking me for my word lol but that's exactly what I was thinking. I was trying to dream up an animal that makes the bald eagle its prey, but I can't call anything to mind.
Maybe he just got really stoned and he's like "omg WTF is happening right now i am so high, are there really humans here touching me right now? I'm never eating that many mushrooms ever again!"
Yeah it was really neat how the eagle landed naturally in the thick sleeping bag amongst the brush. .. I’m retarded so I can’t tell this wasn’t set up for a narrative. And viral video.
And yet, I have to chuckle because the way their face looks, it reminds me of that angry eagle from the muppets. Lol, when the water was running at first, he looked like he was so done with all of them.
My gosh some negative people. This is so awesome and beautiful. This real point is this is a eagle a wild untamed animal and she is using a medication syringe. Hey shout out to the lady, I’m from Kentucky too 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
i remember our library teacher reading about a guy attempting to rescue a huge eagle, he received unbelievable damage from the talon’s crushing his joint’s 😬 been careful around big bird’s every since

@@ifimaybuttouchhisgarmentis1618 BIRDS WILL LET THE SMALLER BABY DIE IF THERES NOT ENOUGH FOOD. The study, recently published in Nature, found that mother birds may choose to neglect begging chicks in favour of larger, healthier chicks. "Surprisingly ... in a quarter of species studied, parents ignore begging chicks. Furthermore, parents in some species even neglect smaller chicks that beg more and preferentially feed the biggest chicks that beg less," the study authors write. It's brutally pragmatic: by sacrificing the weak so that the strongest are fed, the mother bird increases its chance of passing along its genes. Some states are trying to unalive women for miscarriages but that’s ok?? MY BODY MY CHOICE! And I believe Jesus died for my sins!
once I also picked up an eagle in my garden, he was injured and I kept him in the summer kitchen until he got better, he but a lot of meat and quickly recovered, I took him only in mittens because sometimes he wanted to pinch me, after a couple of weeks I released him at will, he was already healthy, flapped his wings and soared into the sky❤❤
She’s licensed to rehabilitate these birds. There are only a handful of people licensed for eagles per state. it’s a federal license and you can’t even possess one of these birds without one. The licenses are issued to individuals, not organizations. To get the license requires extensive training and rather significant and expensive facilities, including huge flight cages which require a good bit of land. Most are based out of the rehabber’s home.
This Beautiful, creature understood that the human wasn't trying to hurt him , but to help him . Amazing ! God bless this kind woman for helping him and having the k owledge how to do it ! Total respect for her . I love ❤️ this .
God forbid a child (who doesn’t know anything and is still learning about the world) touches something they don’t know anything about. That’s how they learn
We have a creek in Maine that has fish runs in the spring,I've counted over 300 premature and grown bald eagles in the trees .not one out here in California
these birds have been my favorite since 2nd grade. they look so majestic, so aggressive, jets so beautiful soaring in the sky. god really took his time with his creations
@shawnwilcowski Things are not that dark. What state do you live in? Any one of us could come across an eagle or a ram caught in a terrible way. If you believe you'll be in trouble for saving an animal, others might believe you and let the animal die. It's best not to say anything negative like that at all. Just thank the rescuer and leave it at that. If you don't know how or don't have the necessary tools to free and care for an injured animal, what do you suppose you might do? I hope it's not walk away out of fear of breaking the law. I hooe you'd take pics of its location and phone your local wild animal rescue or whatever agency in your area. You could even phone your fire dept and let them know. I've not had the honor of rescuing a large rapter, but of saved a aeagull, a mouse, a rabbit. A box turtle or two. One bird was trapped in the flu of my potbelly stove. I called wild animal control. He and I dismantled the flu to free it. We wanted to check it for injuries, but it was so anxious to be out of the pipe. As soon as the pressure was off it, it flew away. So there's that.
No that's because the kids got a shitty parent who if he said "that's cool" without saying "I know I'm not allowed to touch it" he would get lectured even if he wasn't gonna touch it...
Such a pretty bird. That is the United States official bird. Symbol of our country. I am glad that they have made a great comeback since the 1970s and the DDT. You hardly ever saw one. I live in Cleveland Ohio and I saw one right by the airport carrying a big stick flying with it.
Probably dehydrated. Lots of videos of animals like this that normally wouldn't be. Some are sick, some have rabies, some are injured, some have pollution stuck on their body, some need water and to cool down. I'd like to know more about this eagle situation
Thank you for rescuing this majestic bird it look young and small I’ve seen them at least 4 feet tall adults on the Mississippi River north of Alton, Illinois on Missouri side my friend lived out at the river it was beautiful and to see these birds with my own eyes was great so magical again thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏🙏
My grandmother and I went to rescue a Great Horned Owl from a lady's yard with a dislocated wing. Poor thing was scared to death until we got him to the car cuz we needed a net and a towel so he wouldn't hurt himself 🥺 he was the sweetest thing, didnt screech, hiss, bite, claw, I'm glad I could help him cuz he made a full recovery but I dont think he can fly anymore. We gave him to a rehab that took in a barn owl we rescued as an owlett that they made into a therapy bird for other raptors in the rehab 😊
@willwrite3675 Facts people will kiss A and praise people for doing something that most people who live in the woods and country have been doing for years. You are right doesn't take a expert.
When I was a little girl we had an enormous ice storm in Chicago. My grandmother who lived just outside the city found a red trail hawk with one wing iced. She made a splinter anxd moved the hawk nto the horse barn. I lived there at the time. This hawk was huge. It would fight for my grandmother's affection with the horse. They would compete. Lol He would also react to his name Stormy when we called him. In the spring, he healed and we let him go. Every year when I would be on my tree swing he would swoop down and say hello this went on for years We would call hey stormy and he would fly down. It was a wonderful time in my life. Thank you for this video!
Oh wow what an awesome experience and so lovely to hear how your Gma cared so tenderly! You are so very lucky to have grown up with a (grand)parent of that character and witness the magnitude of what acts of kindness can bring! Having the experience of a "friendship" and lasting connection with Stormy, that just so happens to be a wild animal, and predator at that, absolute Beautiful story! Thank you for sharing ❤ should highly consider publishing it as a children's book or sell your story to a children's book author! Beautiful story + great life lesson and moral + a read parents would want to read = perfection ❤ would be a perfect tribute for your grandma, highly deserved tribute indeed ❤
Id love to see one in person! I love all eagles! I’ve only seen one race of eagle in my whole life! It was the golden eagle, i saw this eagle in mexico on someone’s residence standing on a tree truck made specifically for the eagle to rest on. No one can own an exotic animal as this unless you are someone important with license or permits to care for it. This person had his magnificent bird at publics view because his doors of the residence were made of rebars and you could observe it freely.
@lesawilkes5673 I've seen one fly at Warwick Castle fairly close up. All the large birds of prey seem huge to me. The Bald Eagle has such striking colouring it has an incomparable majesty. Just my opinion, but it was a treat I'll never forget
Well a lot of animals are smart enough to realize humans can and will try to help. So they usually are grateful when they're being saved. Since most people aren't constantly trying to hunt down anything that moves for food and sport. Some people do but it's usually regulated.
@@dakotafrazier2985 I hunt but I am also a animal lover, Just cause people hunt does not make them a bad person or a animal hater as long as they are doing it responsibly.
It's strange but seeing them around the Bronx is weird. that bit about those beaks is bullshit. Talons are a danger, but They have been known to snip off fingers.
@user-uk1nl2fs3i That's what I thought, too. That beak can do some nasty damage. I've had parrots with beaks half that size that nailed me bad enough to need stitches. I'd hate to see what he could do to somebody.
They are sooooo smart and they see more than people think plus humans are everywhere so birds at this point know that on a general scale humans can somewhat be trusted it's funny even in my own backyard I get like tons of tiny birds that sit basically right next to me everyday and just watch me chill out with my dog I don't feed them or anything they just get really close and watch 😂
They are really only tolerant if they are injured or sick, because they are either scared or know they are being helped. Otherwise wild birds of prey usually want nothing to do with you lol
@@bctowing178 oh I disciplined all of our kids but not exactly sure what that has to do with her, helping a sick eagle. You have to be another Moronta whip your kids when they were ill.
First off your father's didn't find this land, it was stolen and taken by the criminals who now claims it. There are Balded 🦅 in Africa, the land of the original man. The First Man. American history has lied and continue to lie, but GOD will redeem his chosen People of GOD JESUS CHRIST who are in Africa and African.
@@oopurpledove yeah, it doesn't seem like a legit find in a backyard, then to take it in the house where it can really damage itself if it flys. He seems people friendly as well.
I am impressed with this handler! Knows how to help this huge rapter so it can recover. This eagle is so fabulous. Kudos to this handler for being a dedicated steward.❤
If you know what that bird symbolizes your an idiot. That bird is royalty. If I was find someone doing harm to one of them, I'd do 6 months or a year in jail or prison for doing something to them. That bird symbolizes our freedom or h Ave yall forgotten that!!!
Bald Eagles are actually very calm creatures. We used to have a fairly large female that would roost by our barn, and she would come and hang out on our porch on some mornings. I'd give her some food and she even let me pet her. Sadly the old girl stopped showing up one day and we assumed she flew her last flight and passed on.
Beautiful and majestic. My favorite raptor. I live along the Mississippi River about 45 minutes to an hour away from The National Raptor Center and they have some that can't be released due to injury. Goodness they are beautiful.
well, ya know, america could throw them some appreciation, maybe a bonus or something. they have been setvicing thos country for years and het little recognition for everything that they do.
@@HopelessJester 😂😂 yeah first I thought that was the eagle then I saw the eagle was fine so I thought it was like a diff bird then I realized it made more sense for it to be a dog 😅
