She is basically what happens when you give a fully trained sniper X-ray goggles. Since no matter how you escape she will always find out that you escaped her grasp.
Imagine if, even if you were to escape miss pomp and move up to the next floor, she is just standing in front of the elevator waiting for you in the next floor

im imagining mrs pomp trying to grab you with big ol boots but then when she tries to, she slips and it changes her sprite to an empty boot, or shoe? idk and it plays an "Ow!" audio

Fun fact: the reason Ms Pomp stops at the elevator is because the game's NavMesh (a blue sheet composed of many triangles laid across the floor of a level to allow NPC's advanced and clean navigation) does not reach the elevator and is in fact, forbidden from generating there. This also means that other NPC's like Baldi and the Principal cannot get you if you are lingering near the elevator either. Source - Im a unity developer whos currently modding baldi's, this also happens in baldis classic, birthday bash, and possibly classic remastered.

Mrs. Pomp is much faster than 1st Prize generally and she is in constant speed. Also, she never loses the player and even if she misses them, she goes back to the player and keeps dragging around them until the player enters her classroom.
@@DoCheonGong i mean when first prize pushes you at full speed he's faster than mrs pomp. i do that all the time on baldis basics plus and it is so cool.
