Quivering Palm is 17th level, it's open palm's capstone, understandably so. Imagine if this game lets you get there though, with all the ways to get extra actions to apply quivering palm and then proc it immediately? God I'd love that. I think with action surge, that one elixer that gives you an action on killing something, and haste, you should be able to use it 3 times one turn if you use one action to attack and bonus action flurry.

Huh weird. I romanced Liazel and was able to keep romancing her AND convince her(and the other companions) to do the same evolution
