Both are stunning! Even though Work has no strap, I am guessing someone more petite could actually put it on the shoulder, tote-style. GGH against that blue is just to die for 🤩 Great comparison, thank you, Caleb!
Thank you!! I'm glad you liked it! You're absolutely right about wearing the Work over the shoulder. I think the handle measurements were taken when the bag was completely stuffed, but once it's empty- it really droops down. And I agree- the GGH on the blue... perfection! 😍 Thank you!

Fabulous, Caleb! I am a new subscriber, a longtime B fan, and hopefully soon to be a first-time owner. I will be buying vintage and I am confused. You mentioned the size of the City, but there seem to be a few sizes on iffer through Poshmark, the Real Real, ebay, etc. are these legit? Are they later size iterations based on consumer feedback/trends? I need a bigger size, and especially a longer strap than on the City you profiled here. Recommendations? Thank you!
This… “stuff”? Oh, okay. I see, you think this has nothing to do with you. You… go to your closet, and you select… I don’t know, that lumpy blue sweater for instance, because you’re trying to tell the world that you take yourself too seriously to care about what you put on your back, but what you don’t know is that that sweater is not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually cerulean. You’re also blithely unaware of the fact that, in 2002, Oscar de la Renta did a collection of cerulean gowns, and then I think it was Yves Saint Laurent, wasn’t it?… who showed cerulean military jackets. I think we need a jacket here. And then cerulean quickly showed up in the collections of eight different designers. Then it filtered down through the department stores, and then trickled on down into some tragic Casual Corner where you, no doubt, fished it out of some clearance bin. However, that blue represents millions of dollars of countless jobs, and it’s sort of comical how you think that you’ve made a choice that exempts you from the fashion industry, when in fact, you’re wearing a sweater that was selected for you by the people in this room… from a pile of “stuff.”
I never knew Balenciaga had a work bag size. That would be perfect for traveling and fits a laptop perfectly. I might need to add this version to my wishlist. Such a helpful video... love it! Thanks for sharing 😊 ✨

The Work bag really suits you, can't believe you sold it!!! You're tall so the work bag looks good on you, however I'm 5 ft 4 so even though I like how the work bag can hold a lot more, the city bag looks better on me. I'm in Vancouver (Canada) and the weather here is very unpredictable in the spring and summer so I often need to bring an extra jacket, which is really annoying to carry so with the Work bag I can put the jacket in there, but it doesn't have a shoulder strap which makes me mad!!! Maybe it's a sign that I should go for the city bag...
Omg, selling it is going to be a regret for me. It went to a great home, so I'm very happy about that. I would recommend looking into the Part Time. Its right in between the Work and the City as far as sizes go- and it still has the shoulder strap. It's a win-win! Might be worth trying!
I find it interesting you don’t like Orbit! Lol. But that’s okay 😆. My fave is the wintergreen orbit. If I had to pick a Balenciaga it would be the city! Great video friend 🥰

You’re welcome! I’m glad you enjoyed! The City is such a great bag, I love it! I’ll be honest, I don’t use a bag insert- I just throw it all in and it stays relatively in place which is great! I’d also like to get my hands on the A6 tote- good choice!

Hi Ebba! It's hard to say- I think it holds the 13" pretty well, but I don't have a 16" to test it with. The Work is such a great bag, I regret selling mine!
City all the way. But I have the Giant 21 City which is heavy than Regular City. I mean... HEAVY! But I am not complaining. Love the look of the Giant 21 City. ❤️❤️❤️
I know what you mean about the large hardware. When I used to hear people point that out, I would just roll my eyes and think “whatever”. But honestly, once you get it in your hands and compare it to arena hardware, it’s totally obvious how much weight it adds! 😅
