As always love your videos brother, spent a week over there in Bali enjoyed the restraunts with no issue but was always asked if we want ice but we kindly rejected it. However we decided to do the night street food markets just to get a feel of the different food and culture. The food is always handled with bare hands who knows the hygiene didn’t look good at all. Anyway both my wife and I both were crook Bali belly on our flight home so adventurer be ware we thought we where not going to get it but we did and as wazz sais it sucks it’s no fun took me nearly a month to get rid of it even with gastro medication we drank bottle water you buy and brushed our teeth with bought water in bottles still got the dam bug.

In any Asian country we always take in our bags amoxicillin, Ciprofloxacin and Bactrim and Minocycline. These prescriptions usually fixed most intestine issues. But if you said up to 24 hours go and see a doctor

Thankfully there is a affordable sterilised food that is readily available in Bali, it's called beer. It is like a wholemeal sandwich that is conveniently supplied in liquid form, this assists hydration. If you get the Bali Hai brand it actually tastes good too.

I swear by Travelan it’s a tablet of concentrated antibodies that inoculates your gut against 80% of the most common travel bugs. I just pop one everytime I eat... sometimes two depending on how dodgey the place looks!! Hubby is indo so we’re constantly going back, eating on the street, fresh salads and ice in drinks - have not had Bali belly since I started using it. Going back next week and have my stash ready to go. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!

I've bought peptobismol and imodium tablets for diarrhea..hand sanitizors and wipes...Heading to Bali in November.. it's bottled water and only bottled drinks for me no ice...As for food..thanks on the topic.

Well done..... good info...... you done well. I use Imodium and buscoban as required if necessary and drink lots of bottled water.

Hi mate! every where in Asia u will get sick I'm from Bali leave in Australia for 30 got two girl they never get sick they re Aussie kids just depends of u heath to.and what and where u eat.dont lesson shit what people's say shit story every where.because one person get sick doesn't mean everyone same places and experience.just enjoy the time mate👌👌
