Bali, Indonesia- Here is what a day in the life looks like in Canggu Bali. We are a family of 5 exploring Bali one day at a time. We typically get around on 2 scooters but here we rented a car for the day to do some shopping. I don't know why driving a car seems a million times more stressful than riding scooters but it totally is. We needed to go to the supermarket Bintang and stock up so the car was necessary plus we just wanted to experience what it was like to drive a car in this busy town. The price is super affordable at $17/ day but the only issue is, if anyone hits you-it's your fault. Yikes that sucks. As we toured around town we also checked out Seminyak beach. With our family travel vlog we love showing the real side of travel and not just the highlights and adventures. Traveling as a family has its ups and downs so we want to show other families that it is possible for them too. The struggle is definitely not greater than the amazing time to be had.

After covid you guys need to come back to Bali. Bintang supermarket is a classic supermarket and so many people love it. It's on reconstruction now and will be bigger and more modern.

How long have you guys been traveling? How have the kids handled it? We are thinking of changing a lot about our life and I’m worried about our boys? They miss their friends now during COVID but are now homeschooled.

hey guys, I am so sorry I just saw this comment. we have been traveling for 4 years now. The kids absolutely love it. We wouldn't change it for anything. Our kids meet tons of other kids during our travels and it is usually with likeminded families which makes it even better:)

It’s dead in Seminyak now. No tourists, lots of businesses closed. Very sad. I’m hoping to come over in April 2021. Fingers crossed it picks up
