Hello! I’m travelling to Bali very soon and I’m looking for a safari that treats animals gentle. I would love to touch the animals and I would like to know if you have done something or paid something to be able to touch them! Kisses from Spain!

You shouldn't support anything to do with you being able to ride elephants or touch the animals. Most of the time they drug them, hence why the lion didn't really attack you. I understand why this seems like an amazing thing to do but I wish people wouldn't support these types of places. There's plenty of places where they rescue elephants, and they actually look after them.

+Jesika Kate At least they let them live. In the wild, they would be "dangerous animals" and ppl would just kill them for safety and fun and harvest their teeth and skin and stuff like that. I mean, you think a place like USA was always devoid of large / medium predatory animals all over the place? No...we killed 99% of them to keep them from eating other ppl and children and make boots and carpets! The rest are in Yellowstone National Park where they semi-domesticate them like these creatures. BTW, they "saved" the endangered buffalo so much that now they serve the extra ones as food there! ;)

+Moon Fighter (99) a tiger or lion or any wild animal really will not sit or lie down and let humans touch them. They will most likely attack. No wild lion will let any human touch them, they are not meant to be 'tamed' or anything.

Jesika Kate so in that logic, isn't every zoo that has tigers and lions drug them too ? why would the government let that happen ?

+Moon Fighter (99) most of the time the lions and tigers are put with one or two trainers from birth if we are talking about zoos, so there is going to be some trust but you can never take a wild animal, apart from that they are kept in cages. The governments, no matter what country, are fucking useless. If governments really cared, there wouldn't be starving people in this world. A majority of things nowadays is because of greed. Everything's related to money. The meat and dairy and egg industry is worth billions but no one speaks up about how much damage we are doing to the earth by farming these animals. I got off topic but basically if you can touch a wild animal, so an elephant or a lion or a monkey etc they are either drugged and/or treated poorly and beaten. It is not right to abuse these animals, we do not own them. I know it might seem amazing to be able to touch these beautiful animals but we are basically taking them for granted.
