Indonesia like other countries has some tourist trap even towards local tourists, but not everyone or every place is like that, most if not nearly all indonesian are kind towards guests, even if its their first time meeting you. you should also know the value of each things to prevent you getting ripped off, and thats why you can ask the locals nearby for guidance. Lastly, have fun on your trip in indonesia.
