I came here on business trip back in 2015. I visited my then boyfriend a couple of times here as a tourist before getting civilly married here in California 2018. If the girlfriend is still in the Philippines, they can have her apply for fiance visa or get married in the Philippines and apply for a spousal visa. My husband is Filipino American
@@LoveAtHome thank you for answering me. Yes he visited She did not want to get married there something about divorce being illegal I don't know He's applying for a visa for her to come here. I just did not understand why a ticket to visit is not allowed. I am used to visiting freely. Did not know about all these rules
@@lauriecraver9918 oh yeah the company I was working for back then was the one that applied for my visa so that’s why I was able to visit here a couple of times. Hopefully she can either apply For a multiple entry tourist visa or a fiancé visa
