Follow Balimaya Project on their journey to Senegal to record their latest album, 'When The Dust Settles'. The purpose to ensure that not only are we playing music that’s rooted in contemporary Mande tradition but also rooted in a tangible experience. Yahael had always wanted the band to go back home, to acknowledge the importance of identity. The importance of going to a place where we originate from, the importance of being in a place where you are not othered. Where you see yourself reflected in the people and in the landscape.
