Customers have had some pretty crazy accidents with their gear....from a dog chewing the rubber off of the knobs, falling off a cliff off the coast, being dragged down the Colorado River clinging to a tripod strap or being left in the back of a truck in the freezing cold weather while photography Canada's Northern lights.
We build em tough and have not seen a single head that could not be repaired. They might not look pretty but they will work like new.
