Really helpful Steven. Thanks for sharing the importance of building advocates to support our business. Recommended clients always seem to be the best new clients to do business with. I have seen this principle work well in my other business over 30 years. Taking care of your existing customers often leads to more good business. Snow ball effect, good business often leads to more good business. The trick is to manage that personal touch as we grow. Since my family have been helping me in the accountancy practice we have grown even more as I reassign my work load and free up time for a personal touch. I also teach my family to give the personal touch in all that they do. Touch points are very Important. The more we bespoke our services to our individual clients the more we stand out from the crowd and the more likely we get recommended. @@LeviathanSnakes Nah, I do have my eyes on monsoon, desert ghost and hypo though. Im not normally into recessives so the only one Im working with right now is albino. I have particular tastes but Sunset freeways might be awesome.
