Given the amount of effort that must go into syncing up each video frame with each other for some of these tricks you do, I'm not surprised they take so long. All I can say is you rock! And I eagerly look forward to the next one :D (PS you should totally do Gerudo Valley on something. or if possible Epona's song on a Leaf flute)
