Hello
We stayed at BALLATER CARAVAN Park in November 2022, in our motorhome. The site is nestled alongside the river dee a short walk away from Ballater Village which is steeped in royal history. A beautiful town full of independent shops, cafes, beautiful walking & cycling routes. We cannot rate this campsite highly enough, it truly was wonderful, in terms of facilities and location. With lots of places to explore, or just relax and take in the splendid views and enjoy a gentle stroll to the village to sample the local offerings in the coffee shops and tea rooms.

Hi Em. What a lovely site nestled in the trees and by the river. I need to use that gym after eating too many sweeties after Christmas🤣. Think the stand may be for a BBQ? Nice part of the world. Would definitely like to stay there. Balmoral gardens sounds nice too. Hope you get to film a bit there. Take care Em xx

Hi 👋 Oh you and me both! Healthy eating starts tomorrow 😂 Ahh maybe it’s for a BBQ there was a few about the site, I thought they were posh bird tables 🤣 Yes, put it on your list, it’s lovely! We did go to Balmoral and I did get some footage, but not lots tbh I just wanted to absorb myself in the experience 🙈 & didn’t really bother much with the camera, but I do have enough footage for a short video. It was quite an emotional experience tbh especially as we went after attending the remembrance parade. ☺️ Thanks for watching & commenting. Em 💜 x

Hi the river is the Dee and the village is about 5 mins walk As for the stainless stands on the left they are for disposable bbqs rather than burn the grass a great idea and prob one of the best if not the best sites in Scotland hope this clears up your dilemma
