Awesome thank you:)! I live in Victoria so I'm just a stones throw away from you. So glad we are getting some rain today! Ps I love your profile pic lol, the office is one of my fav shows!
Excellent tutorial, thank you for sharing. Would it be possible for you to share your buttercream recipe please. I used to use ganache but the price of good chocolate has rocketed so much lately.
Came across this while looking for a ballet theme cake. Do you make your own fondant? I used Wilton but dont like the taste or texture. If you make your own, can you share a tutorial on that?
Elle M I use Marshmallow fondant (video on how I make it coming soon!) and I just used more of my fondant for the shoes but you could certainly use gumpaste!
Hi there! I saw your cakes. Everything looks amazing!! What type of fondant do you use to cover the cake and what type do you use to make the decorations?
Thank you so much, I mostly use Marshmallow fondant for both (recipe is in the description box), sometimes adding a little tylose powder to the fondant for a figurine if I think it needs it.
Hey there, what kind of fondant are you using? Do you knead the fondant really well before use so that there are no cracks or seams in it? When you say fall apart do you mean the pieces just come apart from each other or do you mean the fondant cracks or crumbles?
Hi, Charity. Your ballerina cake looks beautiful and graceful, just like you, my dear princess bestie. Will you be making your Sofia the First and Elena of Avalor cakes after Christmas? Always remember to keep on dreaming and never stop believing, sweetie.
Awesome:) I have a big list of Halloween cakes coming up but I have added everyone's suggestions to my "theme" list and I will be sure to make as many of them as I can:)
Not everybody is confident with piping buttercream (myself included, I'm much better with fondant). People can use whichever method they are most comfortable with 😊
