Hi Tirion! I absolutely love your vlogs regardless if they're ballet related or not. I will be seeing Swan Lake on June 12 with my aunt, so I'll definitely try to keep an eye out for you onstage, lol! I love seeing your colleagues and yourself how you all are really like family. My Gf is also a ballerina. They really burn a lot of calories and the calf muscle is really tight.. I use the same apparatus you are using to help her loosen up the muscle too

Find out what works for you. But overall, eat healthy (and do have cheat days because this makes it more bearable in my opinion), drink plenty of fluids, and exercise.
