Hello ballet friends! So here’s another follow-along ballet barre (ballet class) but this time it’s a bit easier so that you could add some other type of training to your day and not feel completely dead by the end of it.
And also - I tried giving you a few tips that help me with my training right now so I hope you enjoy it and please let me know if you ever do this class with me and what combination was your favourite.
And thanks a lot to BLOCH for supporting and also for the most comfortable ballet flats.

You made everything look so easy! I hope that you can have a video on how to get higher developpes devant without sinking the hips, which I find it difficult to lift it beyond 90. Thank you for the videos!

I'm an adult beginner who started taking ballet classes regularly before this whole corona situation happened and I am so happy I found your videos! I took Russian in college too so it's also fun language practice for me

At 48:55 50:34 there is the leg up to the stratosphere. I have seen other ballet workouts but legs are not so flexible and strong. And you do it so normally without forcing.

She was a rhythmic gymnast before joining Vaganova Academy. Rhythmic gymnatics require flexibility and strong legs to hold balances and turns.

It's amazing for me, how fit You are, and how You can control the body moves. Maria, You are so hard-working and so positive-minded for others. Although You are eminent You don't have head in the clouds. You may be a perfect example for young people. And I've almost forgotten: nice music accompanies the exercises. Greetings from Poland.

Maria! thank you so much for this video! I love the idea of Ballet Class for a lazy day! Thank you for all the tips and for reminding me about turnout, not moving my hips around and about feeling the resistance in the floor (gosh I felt the burn in the muscles and that's when I realised I was finally doing it right! It's amazing what a big difference little tips can do). I love the time counter, the ballet step names and the close up for what your feet are doing in the side of the video too. Маша, спасибо большое за класс, все комбинации выполнимые даже для такого новичка как я )))) разве вот что battment frappe не удалось сделать:( мне кажется хорошая идея записать на видео разбор базовых элементов балета с твоими комментариями))) может тогда я пойму как делать фрапе и пети батман ))

Добрый день Мария!⚘⚘⚘ Спасибо огромное за уроки !⚘⚘⚘ Занимаюсь по мере возможности, нопочти регулярно. Все нравится ) как выстроен урок, последовательность упражнений.
