The 50th albuquerque international balloon fiesta day 2 has started late after weather keeps the crowds waiting

After a really long delay, Polar Dawn finally went up today!!! I got to fly! And during our delay, my daughter and I walked over to the 50th Anniversary Balloon and got to meet and gift her the glass "Spirit Balloons" I make! I believe I caught it all Live or on RU-vid Shorts I uploaded today. My daughter got to help carry the NM Zia Flag off the ground until they launched. It was a really awesome morning! After they launched, we ran back over to our balloon and I jumped in the gondola just in time to take flight!

We usually launch during the Dawn Patrol Show at 6am but winds were too strong at that time. We didn't launch until close to 8 or 9 I'm guessing.
