Completely agree. I’m very pro-Trump but voter fraud is just as bad either way. Accepting ANY fraudulent votes exposes a heart problem. Theft is theft whether you or your foe is the victim.

There are no damages. You have to have provable damages for a lawsuit. A civil rights violation does not = $ just because.... They got new ballots. Their vote was not denied. No damages.
The three votes were already counted and the ballots within are now just three anonymous ballots in the pile of counted ballots. This shows that their system does NOT work to prevent fraud, because they didn't wait for confirmation of the suspected signatures before opening the ballots up and counting them.
You must’ve never voted in American election before. Ballots are confidential and aren’t tracked. Only the envelope is. Therefore since the ballots were removed from the envelope (which they have to be by law) in masse prior to counting, the voter data was lost since the ballot wasn’t attached to the envelope. This is why signature verification and ballot protection (not mailing them, etc) must be practiced to avoid this situation. You cannot start tracking the actual ballots because that would be unamerican, government overreach and against the constitution. Instead, in person voting should be the default with mail ballot by request only.
If they votes identified as fraud but they cannot be withdrawn there is a problem. The oppositions vote got canceled or the intended candidate got double the votes.
I think they were counted ahead of time, then discovered they were not legit. There might be a way to undo the votes, but I'm not sure. I know the ballots have codes, so they might be able to figure it out.
They should have a chance to cure the ballot, especially since they did not vote for their own ballet. I disagree, however, that the original votes can be counted because they need a way to track the votes of the original ballets.

They counted a few before realizing, then caught it and dealt with it. They didn't say if they were able to remove them or not, but you've assumed they didn't. It's not a lot. But they did catch it right away.
Or receive a mail-in ballot, fill it out, then DROP THE SEALED ENVELOPE OFF AT YOUR LOCAL REGISTRARS OFFICE IN PERSON, NOT THE DROP BOX. They will accept while asking to see your driver’s license and having you sign your name again. THE MOST SECURE METHOD OF VOTING, imho, AS AN ADDITIONAL PAPER TRAIL THEN EXISTS. My vote was cast and counted three weeks ago, lessening the burden on the staff, as well.
Some people with disabilities are unable to. My household cannot due to immune system issues. Before covid, we were able to vote in person and now, simply cannot take the chance.
What is the point if the cheater gets away with the cheating, and the vote Still counts ??? And the clerk and whoever it was who did was against bringing this to light, is suspect and should be investigated. For, if it's happening there it's happening other places too, and must be called out.

Which lets you know who, because if it was Trump than this and all the other fraud attempts would be blasted continuously all over the corporate media. They would say that Trump is behind it and try to put charges on him, or they would throw some Republicans in jail.

Exactly what Georgia was trying to do. It went to Georgia Supreme Court and a judge blocked it. Brad was one of the signers on the lawsuit against the verification
In Colorado signature verification happens when it is processed. The individual then receieves communication of their vote. If the signature is not verified the registered voter is contacted to resign. Did they mention counting because I miseed that....Education is good.
Some states allow the mail-in ballots to be opened and processed as they come in, other states don't even start opening those until election day. But whether it's mail-in ballots or early voting, nothing starts getting tallied (or counted) until on the actual election day

@adorabledeplorble8497 ~ They're comparing the signatures on the outside of the mailing envelope. That has absolutely nothing to do with the ballot inside, which does NOT have a signature on it. The reporter said that three of the ballots had already been counted so they'll have to stay counted because ... they have NO IDEA who the ballots belonged to. All of that means that the ballots, themselves, are secret ... the outside envelopes are NOT so they can be checked for signature verification.
Harris supporters have a long list of playing unfair in this election (lawn sign pulling, MAGA hat confiscations, multiple assassination attempts) and I've heard no public reports of similar misbehavior from Trump supporters. So your conjecture is not supported by evidence or trend.

Even more reason to watch everything closely. Feels like a, no need to worry or keep a close eye, message. We caught some, so there's no way it could happen again. It's good that these were found though.
I want to know WHY voting by mail-in ballot changed from being ONLY FOR THOSE who were military members on assignment out of the country, AND/OR for Americans traveling outside the country, AND/OR for very specific reasons pre-determined acceptable by the Voter Registration Office?!?!
