Yeah I prefer it in Arcade to FX3, with numerous other tables too.

I've noticd how Most of these pinball machines have that sega genesis sound font feel to it. I wonder if it used similar tech at that time

They do actually. Many arcade machines including these pinball tables used FM sound synthesis from the Yamaha ym2151 chip and maybe a chip to play sound samples like speech, while the Genesis had a ym2612 chip which is quite similar.
