@@jasmineteehee3612 that doesn’t bode at all well does it? And he’s hardly had a chance to do anything but that obviously hasn’t stopped him from making everyone loathe him.
@@cinnamonraw9911 I would hope so otherwise how else was he elected? Such a shame that there seems to be this big divide between government and people. I hadn’t realised things were seeming to be so bad. Now I must do my own reading on the matter.
I think this current PM needs to switch his brain ON and realize he is supposed to be serving the People - the Traditional Keepers of Britain, not himself - his selfish self.
@@simongarthwaite7695 No, he doesn't think so. He knows very well differences between institutions. He is doing what he promised to do before the election. People chose his politics.
I am very surprised the PM is going to Balmoral, being that he doesn't support the Monarchy. What a marvelous story of PM Thatcher and the Queen becoming friends and the Queen actually making Mrs. Thatcher take a break. As always a great story. Thank you Neal.
Like a great many Brits including former Tory PM Theresa May when he was young Starmer believed the UK should be a republic, Like May he later changed his mind, funny how the right wing media and supporters like Neil never point that out. 20% or more Brits believe we should be a republic and over 30% are atheist, what has either got to do with their ability to be PM or treat the monarch with respect.
I am sure he recognizes that he has to deal with the Monarchy whether or not he supports it. I don't know much about him except that he wanted to get rid of Larry. Get rid of Larry!? Who ended up on top of that go around?🇺🇸
I an American and this PM really bothers me, there’s just something about him that doesn’t seem right!!! Of course our President is no gem either but it’s an election year so, out with the old!!! Stay well Neil ❤ from the 🇺🇸 USA!
I found it amusing that Starmer is an atheist but want to church with the King and Queen. I hope the pastor preached a great sermon and gave him a lot to think about.
What most non-believing people forget, is the fact that christianity has shaped most of the world for 2k years. All our morals, ethics and even laws are based on christianity. Some countries have a division of state and church by law now, but the history has been shaped by religions and all major religions care about the same topics: be good, don't break the law, support those in need. It does not matter if we believe, what we believe - we are basically speaking on the same terms.
@@juliafitzpatrick9633 historically that was also 'christian practice'. Monday to Friday was a working week, Saturday was for family and home, and Sunday wa sa day of worship. if you were catholic the religious weekend started on Good Friday with Fish and chips.
it's already done the ROYAL COURT STRIPPED THEM OF ALL TITLES INCLUDING PRINCE HE REVOKED ALL THE PRIVILEDGES AND PATRON AND ANYTHING THEY HAVE GOING IN THE UK AND ALSO TOLD THEY ARE EXILED AND ARE NOW MR AND MRS WINDSOR HE ALSO MADE IT VERY CLEAR IF THEY USE THE TITLES THAT THEIR ARE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES IT'S JUST CHARLES IS KEEPING IT QUIET AS USUAL FOR THE HARKLES COVERING AND LYING SO NOW SHE HAS BEEN USING THE TITLES AND THREATENING PEOPLE SAYIN SHE THE DUCHESS OF SUSSEX AND PART OF THE ROYAL FAMILY. AND CHARLES WAS BEING BLACKMAILED FROM MEGANUTS SO HE'S THINKING OF LETTING HER KEEP THE TITLE AS HE SAYS AS HAZ IS A PRINCE SHE ;LLBE CALLED PRINCE HENRY ***** LIE***** HAZ IS NOT A PRINCE THE ROYAL COURT HAS REMOVED PRINCE ALL TITLES GONE SO HE'S LYING TO YOU ALL AGAIN FOR MEGSY HE WILL NOT PUT IN THE us PAPERS TELLING THEM THEY ARE NOT ROYALS SO WHY SHOULD THE US PAY FOR THEIR SECURITY THE ARE COMMONERS NOW BY THE ROYAL COURT HEAD COURT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
I live about 1 hour away and the surrounding area is so beautiful. I haven't actually been to the Castle. Ballater and Braemar are well worth a visit. I hope you can go one day.
Me too if Stamer is against the Monarchy then can't understand why he takes the Kings hospitality somewhat two faced to me but not surprised about this with this individual about par for the course. Pity the King and Queen are putting up with his individual at their home for 2 days. Well done your Majesties❤️❤️❤️❤️
THATS NOTHING STAMMER HAS HIS FRIENDS ON THE TV TALKING MONARCHY AND THE MONARCHY IS COSTING MONEY AND STAMMER DOESN'T WANT THEN PERIOD SO NOW AFTER ABUSING AND BULLYING AND THE PENSIONERS STARVING THEM BUT GIVING THE ISLAMISTS MORE MONEY THAN THE PENSIONERS HE NEED STO GO GET HIM OUT THE US ARE LOOKING AT HIM BIG TIME HE'S CAUSING TROUBLE WITH THE US MR TRUMP IS VERY ANGRY AT STAMMER STARVING THE PENSIONERS ESPECIALLY THROWING THEM OUT OF THEIR HOMES TO GIVE THE THE ISLAMISTS
Starmer is cut from the same cloth as Trudeau, keep bulldozing through regardless of bad polling, criticism and protests. If the protests and criticism get too loud, they send in the police.
Perhaps King Charles can provide The Starmers with a bedroom that has no heating , a bathroom that has no hot running water and food that was served cold , because the oven , hob and microwave wasn’t working ! Why ? Charles could site his fears of the 10% increase in energy prices and the energy grant being taken away from the elderly! A lesson for Starmer …. A wonderful opportunity for King Charles to represent his people! Of course , he’s too good a host to indulge !!! 😉🥶
I doubt anyone has ever “talked down” to H M Queen Elizabeth . Everyone was aware that she outranked Prime Ministers and Presidents . I make ONE exception - Prince Phillip her husband . I believe he was the only person who could treat her as an equal .
Like visiting the Headmaster with no escape. I hope Starmer has to explain ethos of the removal of the winter fuel allowance to the two most famous pensioners in the world. And one with Anthropology as a speciality.
The King by all accounts is a devil for having the heating on lol I'd suspect if he was a private citizen he'd be one of those giving up his fuel allowance.
@@margaretmacneill3133 No, he shouldn't. It's not his business. The government makes decisions based on facts and obviously the fact is that no universal allowance is needed. - The King has already helped voluntarily in the heating costs, but as you see, the "thank you" is your complain.
It's nothing like that. It's very relaxed days and more like learning to know each others better as Neil said. The former PM Sunk was asked about his and his wife's visit and he said that it was really like a family had invited other families for a visit. He was very impressed about it all.
I agree he had a 70 plus woman jailed for making a comment, then a person who came into the country and raped a woman was given community service. Starmer tells the judiciary what they have to do, what's happening is evil.
Since he's anti-monarchy (but not anti-monarchy enough to turn down a knighthood of course) I don't think he should go at all. Those of us who CARE about the monarchy are very well aware that both the King and the Princess of Wales have been extremely poorly... so why the hell should they have to put up with the appalling Starmer?
@@Mel-gv4vo he has proven for decades how he cares for us. He started the Princes Trust and has helped thousands of young people find their career paths.
He should NOT be allowed to take down a painting of any PM whether he likes them or not. They are a part of our history. What a weak and pathetic individual to be 'scared and intimidated' by a woman who did far more for this country compared to the doom and gloom he has put us through since he took over and in a VERY short time too.
I agree he has no right to remove the painting of Margaret Thatcher. His face should never be put on the wall in my opinion. He is a disgrace to the British people, once he is out we don't want to see his face ever again. He should be shipped off to a foreign land never to darken our country ever again.
If it were me, I would have one of my "headaches" when I would need to rest in a darkened room, with no noise or interruptions. It's handy to suffer headaches sometimes.
I think people voted for the party rather than it's leader, I have never heard Keir Starmer offer a solution to anything, all he ever did was criticize other people's decisions.
Well they vote for their local candidate rather than the leader of the party. The one with the most MPs is the one chosen to form the govt. If they have a good local candidate but a bad leader what do you do, opt for a rotten local candidate who probably won't help the constituents purely to get back at the leader or still vote for someone who is GOOD for the constituency regardless of the party leader. Who might not last long anyway.
I could imagine how painful any conversation would be with Starmer. He appears to only see things in black and white. You'd get more conversation out of a brick wall.
It was at Balmoral that the late Winston Churchill first became acquainted with our beloved Queen Elizabeth. Winston, with his cigar would be disapproved of by Keir Starmer. - Churchill was a great British patriot, and an intellectual. -What he would think of Starmer is a 'moot point.'
Queen Elizabeth was so beautiful all her life. She was a pcalm in the storm, an iron fist in a velvet glove. Can you imagine how all this would play out if she were still alive? These past 5 years have been horrible. She was so well respected around the world that people were careful in their decisions. Now, not so much, and chaos reigns. Cheers!👋👋🤣
Prince Charles always takes one of his painting each week to the train station in Bramer. A small town near Barmoral. We have visited Bramer many many times and Camilla shopped at a small shop there that my friend owned.
American here. Hasn't this guy been PM for only a short time? Sounds like a vote of confidence will be coming up soon. I understand he's similar to Biden with an open border policy, although not with dementia symptoms.
I hope you are right his dementia isn't showing yet but he certainly has some brain problem so let's hope he goes quickly. The worst PM that I have ever known an out and out dictator and there is certainly more to this guy than meets the eye he makes my skin crawl
CHARLES BETTER GET HIM OUT HE GOT LIZ OUT REAL FAST SO WHY NOT STAMMER AND HE'S ALREADY STARTED TO HAVE TV ADS TO GET RID OF THE MONARCHY STAMMER NEEDS TO GO HE'S LETTING THE WEF GO TO HIS HEAD AND HE'S JUST LIKE HITLER INFACT LOOK AT HIS MASTER KLAUS SCHWAB HE IS SO LIKE HITLER IT'S NO FUNNY HE'S A 21ST CENTURY HITLER HE WANTS TO KILL ALL CHRISTIANS AND JEWS ONLY KLAUS HAS PICKED ON THE CHRISTIANS TO THIS TIME HE HAS TO GO OR THE UK IS DONE PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO LET CHARLES KNOW WHATS HAPPENING IN THE UK SEND HIM A LETTER HE ALEWAYS READS HIS MAIL, AND TELL ABOUT THE PENSIONERS HOW HE'S KICKING THEM OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND PUTTING ILLEGALS IN THE PENSIONERS ON THE STREET AND THAT THERES ONE ON A HUNGER STRIKE AND COULD DIE BECAUSE OF STAMMER AND ABOUT THE 12 YEAR OLD HE HAD JAILED HE HAS TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING TO HIS PEOPLE
Omg- I would give almost anything to have two days in balmoral with the king - and imagine the food - the horse back riding. The humour!!! Both king and queen have good humour. ♥️🇨🇦🐈⬛
Thank you Neil for the different stories on Balmoral. How caring of our late Queen to ensure that the late PM Margaret Thatcher took a break. All the PMs through the years visiting HLMTQ at Balmoral. It looks an amazing Place and such history. Lovely photos Neil
It's not a vacation. The King is using his late mother's time honoured tradition to get a measure of the prime minister. Nothing brings out the real personality like country pursuits while being eaten alive by the midges.
For such a newbie the PM has truely terrible polling, we’d expect there to be a honeymoon period. It’s a jolly good job there’s no politics allowed under the circumstances 😕 I would laugh but it’s terrible.
Hi Neil ! I have extremely sensitive hearing and can hear high pitches and that siren 🚨 Yikes 😬 my ears are hurting. You are brave to talk through it. Lots of Love on this Labor Day Weekend in America 🇺🇸 xxx
Rubbish, Starmer like many young Brits, including former Tory PM Theresa May believed when young the UK should be a republic. Both changed their mind, yet Neil never mentions that fact when he is banging this drum again. I would bet that in ideas of how things should be done in the UK regarding the things that matter to a majority of the British people, such as the NHS, homelessness, unemployment, food poverty and the environment that the King has far more in common with Starmer than the previous 4 or is it 5 Tory PM's.
I’m an American and when I seen that picture of Queen Elizabeth II with Prime minister Truss….I just knew it wouldn’t be long before she followed Prince Phillip….and it broke my heart …I cried . I never dreamed it would be a matter of days
@@Mrstigger747 that was the part that made it so heart crushing….she was always such a classy , serene lady even through you could see her failing health …. She was just a wonderful woman 💔
@@Lynda-vq5yl I thought so but didn’t want to say it wrong. I’m an American but have multiple ancestors that came from the whole UK , not just England…..I know a lots of people don’t respect the monarchy but I have always thought Queen Elizabeth II was the epitome of class, nobility and just a strong leader who lived to do her duty and serve ….and watching her the last few years of her life ….she proved she was a very special lady and monarch.
Good job Balmoral doesn't rely on winter fuel payments , I wonder how starmer would feel if his father the tool maker froze because his winter fuel payments had stopped.
👋👋 Thank you for your warm, insightful and honest words Neil, you bring reality to the fore like no other. The beauty of Balmoral is wasted on Kier Starmer, I am sure our King will have the measure of him in any conversation. The picture of our beautiful late Queen and Liz Truss always a heart melting moment. Hxx👋👋☀️🌺💕🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️
Don't sell King Charles short. He is his mother & fathers' son. They taught him well.Yes,he has his way of doing things but his foundations are solid. He is,after all, still new to his reign in comparison to his beloved mothers' 70 years.
The Queen would have dealt wity this issue long ago. She was for the British people first and last. You do not accept an antichrist muslim aa prime minister of England.
He became Prime Minister by democratic vote in a general election. I wonder how many of those who complain bitterly about him (like me) bothered to get off their backsides to go and vote. If you don't vote you can't complain.
If life was going well in the UK, the PM wouldn't have to threaten the citizenry and send the Stasi police for Facebook statements. The King should have him resign as he is the worst UK PM in world's history.
Ohh can you just imagine Churchill wondering the halls,... bouncing around the grouds with a joy in his step. Wouldn't you just love to hear his "one liners"
PM Sir KS "....give good news" ! He absolutely wallows in giving "Bxd News" Just look at him, in the Number 10 Rose Garden, enjoying every miserable word he speaks !
I feel sorry for the King that has to have Stamer with him for 2 days. Also having to host some numb skulls from other countries at these banquets. I felt very sorry for Queen Elizabeth having to host President Jacob Zuma , President Cyril Ramaposa, etc. They moan about evil colonialism but just at the chance to be hosted at Buckingham Palace.
An interesting clip of her late Majesty with some of her Prime Ministers for us in our 70s who remember them all. Shame it had to be spoilt with a picture of H&M and fake baby. What did they have to do with anything???????
What an honor, to be invited to spend private time with the Monarch and their family, *especially* HM Queen Elizateth II! How anyone could find that boring is beyond me. That would be the highlight of my life and a forever cherished experience.
