Nice video. The balsam tips are coming out here in the U.P. I was wondering if I could use them the same way as spruce tips. Planing to make a simple syrup for gin cocktails.

Yeah, you wanna make a double batch, double everything up, it doesn't hurt any to have more tips just add a little bit more water, don't forget to double the pectin as well, Chris
