This weekend may be the unofficial start of the summer season but it's also the start of Baltimore's summer curfew.
All teens, 16 and under, must be off city streets by 11 p.m. this summer.

Build a tent city detention center, similar to what the Army and Marines do in the field. Zip ties the teens, transport them to the Tent city mention center and wait for the parents to pick them up. Have MRE's and water for food.

You want to enforce that policy? If they break curfew the parent and the teen have to take a mandatory class. I bet after going to a few of those meetings those parents will lock those kids down. At least a good grip of them.

💥💥I don't live in Baltimore but I grew up in Philadelphia and I currently live in Washington DC area. I remember when i was a teen in the 90s me and my friends would normally go in the house around 10 at night. That girl talking about 11pm is too early 🤦🏿‍♂️

I never lived in Baltimore but this is pretty similar in every major city in the United States. What do you suggest they do? Because i don't have a solution. If the parents don't care that their kids are out this late then what the heck can the city do.
