The Kansas City Chiefs kicked off the 2024 NFL season with a 27-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens and it is the same old story as the Ravens and Lamar Jackson can't get over the Patrick Mahomes hump. The Ravens missed their best chance to dethrone Mahomes in the Lamar era. The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers meet on Friday and if the Eagles don't get off to a strong start, Philly could eat itself alive. Finally, the Pittsburgh Steelers could be without Russell Wilson as the face the Atlanta Falcons, which means revenge is of the highest order if Justin Fields gets the start in his home state while former Falcons coach Arthur Smith calls his plays.

I agree with Tyler. as a leader and a professional, you have to take responsibility. You had an opportunity to win the game and you came up short. Own it. I seen in his press conference that he is still claiming that it was a touchdown. It was clearly not a touchdown.

Lamar didn’t fall. He was running almost every play. He o line was terrible. And the reff were calling em the whole first half. Lamar made an mvp argument last night

As talented as LJ is, he seemed to play (especially throws) somewhat erratic. As talented as KC is, Ravens should have at least, taken them to OT. 👎🏻👎🏻😎🇺🇸

Unlike the playoff game, I think you have to put this on the team. Henry scored a TD but outside of that, didn't do much and that's because of the offensive line. Lamar is going to get some of the blame, the QBs always do but Jackson played pretty well outside of 1 turnover. Yes, at the end of the day, Lamar, once again, could not beat Mahomes

It’s always everyone’s fault but Lamar’s it’s all we’ve heard for years. He made a bad throw to likely out of bounds he missed flowers. Lamar’s good but he’s not great and he’s never winning a superbowl unless they field an elite all time roster around him and he doesn’t have to be great. DH is the non factor there titans fans said he would be despite the months of media hype yeah he’s gonna have a couple of classic games but he’s not carrying their offense or going to matter more than any other rb
