At the edge of the Southern, Western and Southwestern police districts in Baltimore lies the "Tri-District Area". It is known for being particularly dangerous and underinvested in. The life expectancy for this area is over 15 years less than some of the more affluent areas only miles away.

Some of these apartment buildings must have looked really nice in their day. Shame that they allowed these buildings to deteriorate.

The wreckege of Baltimore.Used to be a good blue collar town.But you know how it goes.How bout the old red light.
