Baltimore's "Up and Coming" Pigtown Neighborhood 

Pigtown, a South Baltimore neighborhood, has a reputation for being an improving neighbor. For decades it struggled, but in the past decade it seems to be turning a corner. The Main Street has a number of new businesses, breweries and restaurants. Crime has decreased, although is still a problem.
