So, as I understand it, based on media reports, Brinsley shows up at zero dark thirty (unusual in itself) at his former girl friends place in Owings Mills , MD. How he got there? Somehow he gets inside the building and into her apt.. He ends up shooting her in the abdomen with her gun (how and why she had a pistol?), then he scrams with the gun and her cell phone. Apparently previous to this he had no gun, no cell phone. and no means of transportation. She later is in a "local medical facilty" which seems to be a secret and tells police he was homeless and had no drivers license. Somehow he goes over 16 miles to Baltimore to catch a Bolt Bus to NYC. How he paid for ticket? Goes up I 95 on the bus and apparently the cell phone is tracked all the way to Lincoln Tunnel by police. Bolt Bus goes to Manhattan. With an armed man with previous record who has just tried to kill a woman and is tracked to NYC as well as having family there you would think the NYPD would be waiting with a SWAT team at the Bolt Bus stop in Manhattan. NO! Somehow he travels out to Brooklyn and is video taped at the Atlantic Mall near Atlantic Ave and Flatbush where he talks on the phone while holding what is probably some food but does not pause and continues down an escalator. Somewhere, somehow, for some reason, he took a photo of his left foot showing no shoe lace in the shoe and his left leg with maybe some blood. For some reason he transmits the mysterious photo which media later said he took after he shot the cops .Then he travels a little over two miles to Tompkins and Myrtle where they are having a terrorism drill where he shoots two cops in the head, Then he runs into a subway stop and decides to shoot himself.
