Wow! I got to say this song goes so perfectly with this movie. And not only that but the two time periods in between these events are only years apart! No wonder Titanic and Balto seem to go together. xD
The events of the Balto film takes place 13 years after Titanic since the Titanic sinked in 1912 and Balto in the past takes place in 1925 and the Balto film takes place years 12 after WWI began and take places after 7 years after WWI ended and the Balto film in the past takes place 4 years before The Great Depression happened and takes place 14 years before WW2 begin and takes place 16 years before Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 and takes place 20 years before WW2 ended in May 1945 for Europe and September 2, 1945 for the pacific and official

Let me tell you something AlphaKodi, this movie changed my life for better. I first watched it in 2010 or 2011 and it was the first movie that made me cry. Saddly I forgot this movie for 4-5 years. But one september day last year (2015) I saw Balto's picture same as my avatar randomly on the internet and I remembered everything again and I started crying. Im only 14 (soon 15) but I understand the movie from both the movie and history side. I was interested into history since the age of 4. And since last september I dedicated my life to the history of the Serum Run and Balto and I swore to God that I will never forget Balto. Thumbs up for the video.
Niko Bratuž /OMGOSH!!! it's like we have so much in common! The same exact thing happened to me two months ago. I remembered watching Balto so much from when I was little, but ever sense then it Cinda faded away into Just a child hood memory. But then I rediscovered Balto on Netflix and I remember crying my eyes out when the words (BASED ON A TRUE STORY ) played on the screen because it was at that moment I remembered all over again why I loved Movies that were based on true story's. And its crazy because I have never cried to a kids movie in my entire life. And ever since then I've been so attached in a way that I can't really explain, and now Balto has a very sentimental value to me. I see your comments all the time on videos that have some sort of special significance to me and it's nice to see that there is someone out there who feels the same way and truly appreciates Baltos significance as a sentimental character.
And to add on that, i am the same exact age as you. XD we even have the same profile pic! Now thats cinda creepy. lol (well unless you turned sixteen very recently.)
