I've always agreed. I don't see it happen until they get rid of the Disney Vault like they have in most other countries. I see the disappearance of these 'luxury editions' once they abandon the idea of the Vault (which really has no practical reason these days given that these movies have been released SO MANY TIMES!). They do these editions because they want to keep them on a very short rotation and bring them back every 7 years - basically every generation. Meanwhile, the other lines they leave in regular rotation so they're available pretty much constantly without going out of print. Once the vault's gone, I imagine we could see one concise line. That's if Disney are even bothering with physical releases by that point.

Disney Dave Down Under No problem always a pleasure 😂 Peter Pan has a lot of good history with Walt's heavy influence again which I found out from my Peter Pan DVD however this was from the release from the early 2000s meaning it's packed with bonus features! Also you've been recently to Disneyland Paris which is a place I adore from my childhood and wondered what were your favourite attractions and which you prefer from each park. I thought it would be an interesting idea but of course a suggestion didn't want to sound pushy 😂👍😂 Again sorry if I was I had asked in a few videos about the Peter Pan BTC and thought that it was an idea and a suggestion but I was worried that I had become pushy and so deleted my comment from the Fantasia video for that reason. However I still wanted to exclaim my love for Classic No.3 which is why I regretted it and should've just taken the request out but it was all done a little to fast 😂😂😂 But yes Fantasia is probably the most underrated Disney film which I see is a lost 💎 I have the Platinum Edition of Fantasia on DVD however doesn't have any bonus features so it's really nice to see the background of the making of the classic which is why I adore your BTC vids a lot. Sorry for the really long comments as well but am very passionate about this subject 😂😂😂👍

Sadly, I'm seeing a lot of people switch to digital because it's "convenient" and they can "watch everything where ever I am". It really sucks, but I don't see much life left in physical unless 4K properly takes off.

Thanks for the kind words 😊😊 That Target digibook looks GORGEOUS!! I love the artwork on it. Not too pleased with the steelbook art though. Looks like someone spent all of 2 minutes designing that one. I like the regular slipcover though. My choice is always slipped, but that digibook would be mighty tempting!

The idea of just Simba and Scar on the cover is a cool concept though cx the digibook is so beautiful I agree, I think you just persuaded me to go for that one LOL. hadn't really looked much into it until now (I was originally leaning more towards the steelbook) bc I thought it was gonna be a boring white like the other signature edition digibooks XD & omg i love the regular slipcovers normally also, my favorite are the lenticular ones----I've spent way too much money trying to pick up some of the older ones 😂😂😂 I can't wait to see if they'll make lenticular covers for lady and the tramp/the little mermaid/sleeping beauty which are my absolute favorites cxxxxxxx SORRY FOR TALKING YOUR EAR OFF LOL

Hahahah don't worry! I love the communication - it's all part of my little channel and community here! Agreed! It's a great concept for the steelbook, sadly looks like some lazy designer was given two stock images from previous releases and dumped them in a template and called it a day. Awesome to hear you're gonna get the digi. It looks so beautiful. LOVE all the Signature slips so far. And always a sucker for a lenticular. They actually did a lenticular for the 3D edition of Little Mermaid and one for the Diamond Edition of Sleeping Beauty. Sadly, it looks like all the Signature releases of films that never had a lenticular release are getting one, while films that have had previous lenticular releases are getting steelbooks. Sadly I missed the Sleeping Beauty lenticular. It looks beautiful too.
