I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that I loved Bambie Thug's performance at Eurovision 2024 yesterday. I had hoped that Ireland would win Eurovision, but unfortunately it wasn't. Yesterday, when I saw them on the stage I was shocked but amazed in the same time. In my opinion, this is by far the best show and performance I've seen at Eurovision 2024. It was so original. Even the song is so good. Bambie Thug, I really love your style and your song. Keep going what you're doing, you're amazing and a great artist. You didn't win the Eurovision, but you won my heart. As an Irish person I am horrified by the amount of comments misgendering Bambie and also the amount of people calling them demonic. Our culture was stripped away from us, Ireland's history is painted with blood and our language is barely used throughout the country. We were originally a pagan country so we should be allowed practice our old traditions if we choose to. What happened to freedom to practice your religion??? There is no need to bring Christianity into this. Pagan traditions are still around today such as Halloween (the Irish festival of Samhain) and the blowing out of candles on your birthday.
