The cauliflower sounded so fresh. I find it amazing how the garlic, ginger, herbs and spices are 'weighed' by the eye. It reminds me of how my mum would make pastries and cakes without weighing anything and they were always very good. At first I thought the bamboo was going in as a vegetable as you can buy bamboo shoots in a can, but that is a good way of retaining the best and keeping the biryani dry. Bamboo chiken, Bamboo biriyani , bamboo recipes are traditional food of my state Tripura....here we actually burn the bamboo ....btw lot's of love from Northeast India and my stateTripura❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
In some part of Aandhra Pradesh also bamboo chicken is famous but I couldn't try because I am vegetarian , I never know bamboo biryani is also there , can you tell how it tastes compare to normal biryani??
