Namaskaram. Very interesting. Love these. Have had this from a packet that's ready made. Love Kerala. Been to back waters and stayed a few days. Thank you for this recipe. Will try. I normally make a curry with boiled and grated green Bananas or a gravy curry with imli with sliced raw. Take care love from South Africa.

The perfect 🍌 chips.. I have tried most of your recipes and they r all good. ....Isn't it dangerous to add inn water to hot oil? Which splutters too much nd even messes up... Reason behind.. I guess for the chips to absorb salt... Would love to know from you.

Yes it's dangerous since when you pour oil in water ..the water 💦 evaporated in form of droplets which can come to your face and turn to burn skin ..

Hi Nisa, I tried storing the banana chips but they became soft in a glass jar and a plastic container as well. Why was this? It was well cooled & crispy before storing!
