Hmmm maybe once a month because it’s protein and you don’t need a lot of it on your hair. There has to be a balance of protein and moisture or hydration.

Am not sure I understand the question but yeah I wash my hair every Sunday or Saturday depending on how dirty it is. In this video though, my hair was already washed with a shampoo only and I went on to apply the banana egg mask.

Adding a leave in conditioner absolutely not! This is a mixture you are supposed to wash out. A leave in conditioner your supposed to leave on your hair for moisture so please don’t add this in the mixture. You can add a deep conditioner or conditioner to mix though

It depends on your hair needs and how long or short it is. Short kinky hair curly hair you can leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Kinky long or short hair you can go from 30 to an hour
